BEWARE! This location is the worst! I should have looked at the pizza before I left the store! It was the NY style burned to a crispy HELL! It was dried up like a piece of cardboard. When I took it back to request a refund the guy acted like he didn't see anything wrong! Then told me I couldn't get a refund because he wasn't the manager. I will be speaking with corporate to get my money back! Horrible customer service 😑 Update : As of 5/12, I contacted corporate and was promised compensation and someone would contact me directly and that was a lie! I'm still waiting! Just get rid of the whole Pizza Hut franchise! How are they still surviving in this industry anyway selling garbage!

The wings are incredible here Omgosh. And the customer service here is amazinggg. I believe the lady who took my orders name was Laryn? She was so pleasant and professional. Give her a raise please 😂💰

The delivery driver held the pizza vertically at some point and the pizza was all squished into one side. The side of pizza keeps getting smaller and smaller. I've not had any success recently with the three big pizza places. They are all using Door Dash now for delivery and those individuals don't care about his the food is handled or how quickly it gets to you. Additionally if you don't pump up the tip for the drivers they don't take your order (this is from a friend who did door dash for a while). Also, theres almost always a delivery fee. The $15 pizza I picked out becomes $27 after all the stupid fees and the crazy tip I have to give to get the damned thing to me. I'm not opposed to giving the door dash person their money, but WHY is Pizza Hut charging a delivery fee?! Cause they handed to to the driver?! No thanks anymore. I'll make my own or get Digeniro.

Very good. Always takes a little longer than the time they give online. But the instore staff is very kind and the pizza is always yummy!

Fast and nice customer service. The reason for the two prices app vs. in store, because in store doesn't have coupons, and first, they want people to order via app, so the prices are cheaper to get you online. It's common knowledge. Update: 4.17.23, went Sunday 4.16, and the quality is normally good, but I'm noticing when you order hand toss and daytime they are slacking and the bad thing it was extremely slow I'm rethinking them and going back to Bel Air location on Baltimore County side and not the one on Baltimore City side. The food was good when they first opened but now you can see food quality is going down. I was signing their praises, but no more. Excellent customer service! I order all the time from this location me/kids love their hot and delicious pizzas. I also appreciate their cleanliness.

I was extremely happy overall with my visit. My pizza was actually hot and ready, like it had just come out of the oven, even though I know it hadn't. The young lady at the counter was friendly and sought help quickly when she couldn't complete my transaction. Even the manager came right away. Very pleasant experience

Because I have had bariatric surgery, I am limited to how much I can eat. The personal size pepperoni pizza is the PERFECT size. I eat 2 pieces for one meal and the next two pieces for another meal the following day. I love it. Thank you Pizza Hut.

I took advantage of the $7 specials I ordered a pizza and wings. Very disappointed with the wings. I thought they were eight pieces of a regular Wing but they were boneless wings which were as small as the ones I get from a Chick-fil-A kids meal. I called to explain and she said they would give me a $7 credit but that never happened 🤦🏼‍♀️The pizza was great 👍🏼💯
