I had a tick bite me. Pulled it out but it was still red and itchy 2 weeks later. Dr Greg Spencer was awesome. He got some tiny tweezers and poked around a bit and got the area all cleaned out, tested it for limes disease, got results in a couple of hours. My husband and I really like the Integris And Me network. Handy for all our doctors to see test results, medications, etc and whatever else to keep us well!

Dr. Spencer and Christy are the best healthcare team in OKC!!!! They take such good care of my family and they do it while smiling and building relationships!

It was good ,but I think the RN may be new could not draw the blood, She has to call for assistant .But no complain.

My PCP, Dr. Gregory Spencer, listens and demonstrates care and compassion. He provides excellent care plans. His clinical staff are all excellent and demonstrate compassion His office staff demonstrate eagerness and sincerity in prioritizing patient satisfaction

Dr. Gregory Spencer and the entire staff at Integris Family Care Memorial West were great! Friendly and professional. They put my 81 year old mom at ease during her first time visit for a history and physical evaluation.

Dr Spencer is great. Christy, his nurse is wonderful as well. They both listen and talk to you like you're not just another patient, and genuinely care about your well being. The best care I feel I've ever received from a Dr and/ or nurse.

My mom was getting radiotherapy for cancer here before she died. I liked how well she was treated by the staff.

My appointment went well. Called office @ 8am and saw Dr Spencer @9:45. Nurse Christy and Dr. Spencer pros as usual. They have always taken good care of me for years now.

over the last few years, Dr. Spencer and his nurse have become 2 of my favorite people. How often do you go into a doctor's office and just belly laugh?!? Yes, he's got mad skills, tremendous compassion and latest info, treatments, etc but somehow makes an appointment seem like a visit with an old friend. And his nurse absolutely cracks me up every time I'm there!

Dr Spencer, Christy and Stephanie at Integris Family Clinic are awesome. Very professional and no waiting around. The medical advise and recommendations are always sound. Highly recommend this doctor, clinic and staff

Very nice place. The front desk was helpful and quick. Dr. Serena Anderson made me feel comfortable while talking about uncomfortable things. I really feel like she listened to me and what I wanted. The nurse was also very nice and making my appointment for next year was no issue. She also called my previous doctor for me to get my previous medical records. There are several other doctors here, each with various specialties. I highly recommend this place and these doctors.

Everything in the facility was very well organized and easy to navigate the special requirements for staying safe during the pandemic. All staff members were helpful and nice. I love my doctor and the staff in his office, everyone is thorough and fun to talk to. There is an Integris much closer to my house but I don’t mind driving the extra 15 miles.

Dr Spencer and his staff have been a tremendous support thru the past year during The loss of partner to COVID. They all listen and take each emotional and physical symptom seriously.

Dr. Spencer is intelligent, warm, and compassionate. He and his staff are not my issue. I had a harrowing experience in the radiology department. It is hard to make the incident I went through brief but I was discriminated against because they believed I had Covid. (Even if I did have Covid I was still a patient in need!) I was escorted out of the facility without my Chest X-ray by a uninformed security guard. So, point blank I was denied care through no fault of my own. No one would listen to me and I went through 2 women begging them to call my doctor in order to clear up the problem they were having. I am telling you this was one of the most embarrassing and traumatic experiences I have ever had. This kind of ignorance and lack of knowledge is exactly what creates mass fear during a pandemic. These women in the radiology department had absolutely no reason to call security on me. They never at any time ask me to leave, so I was shocked when a security officer approached me in the lobby.

Another very helpful / useful office visit with Dr Greg Spencer and his staff. I’ve been a patient for a little more than one year and appreciate the promptness and professionalism that he and his staff have addressed my medical issues. Bravo and thanks!
