    H O R R I B L E experience at this store. Absolutely horrible. The people that work there seem to have NO real technical experience. Further, they are unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent. I drove over 45 minutes to get there because I knew that my phone battery was dying and most likely would need to purchase a new phone. The individual that barely tried to assist me because he seemed too busy playing games on his phone to be bothered, told me there was nothing wrong with my phone and that the charger was probably bad. He sent me NEXT DOOR to A T &T to purchase the charger. I drove 45 min back home only to find that the new chargers didn’t work either. I then drove to a Verizon store to purchase a new phone, but was told since I had switched to Spectrum they could not sell me a phone.The Verizon store employee was kind enough to inspect my phone fully, and like I suspected, the battery was shot and I did need a new phone. Sooo, I drove another hour back to the Spectrum store in Inverness only to be told that they would not sell me a phone because they didn’t like my attitude. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE until they hire decent staff.

    The employees were incredibly rude! They tried to tell me the only phone I could get was a phone you'd give to a six year old. I had been a Spectrum mobile customer for about 3 years. My payments were always made ahead of time. When the individual assisting me told me I had no other choice, I went next door to AT&T. They were very friendly and within 10 minutes, I went back to Spectrum, paid my phone off, and got my transfer pin. Then I went and finished up with AT&T. I will warn anyone considering Spectrum mobile to go elsewhere!

    When I walked in every counter had a representative and even tho I was the only customer not one of the of them stopped talking to each other long enough to greet me. The girl that ended up assisting me was very rude and didnt 10 words to me in the 20 minutes I was there.

    Horrible experience. Witnessed an employee making fun of an very old veteran because he couldn't hear him. All the employees joined in laughing. When someone brought it to a "managers " attention the customer was treated rudely and short. 100% of the issues are with whomever hired the manager and then allowed that poor hire to staff the location with employees worse than him. I am guessing with the last 35 poor reviews it should sum up what experience to expect.

    We have read many negative reviews about this particular store and its employees and find it hard to believe them. My husband went to this store on a Sunday morning to turn in a cable box, get credit on our account for doing that along with a receipt and resolve an issue with our remote control. James was able to take care of everything with a smile, friendly attitude, and within about 10 minutes. Thank you, James.

    I had an appointment to talk about billing. Rudest employee I have ever come across. The man could have cared less. Stood there with his arms crossed and stated there is nothing we can do in store to help lower your bill. Then why is billing one of the options when I made my appointment. I will be looking into all options to get rid of Spectrum. After 20 years of giving them money, I have had my fill of this horrible company.

    On Saturday 1/13/24 went to Inverness Store to purchase (2) new phones and switched carriers from T Mobile to Spectrum. Went back next day with questions about new phones .Was greeted by James who was very condescending and not helpful. We left no better than we came.

    Customer service is almost non-existent. Received letter in mail stating I needed equipment upgrade. Go to store and informed I could, get to counter and told that I had to bring in equipment. Over an hour wasted and 30 miles in gas

    Had an appointment to inquire about switching from Verizon. The gentleman that helped us was SO rude that we left and will never return. He couldn’t answer simple questions & said his manager could answer them. He said the manager would be in tomorrow. When I asked the managers name he replied Wolfgang. We will stick to Verizon thank you!

    Andrea and Wolfgang are absolutely amazing. I switched from my previous carrier due to not having the best service. Andrea helped make sure that everything was connected. Had an issue with one one the phones due to the SIM card but went to the store and Wolfgang fixed the issue. Thank you guys are your help and professionalism.
