UPDATE: Famous Tate sent another repair person out who was able to fix the remaining problems. Thank-you! Awful experience!!! I am so disappointed! As a rule, I do not leave bad reviews - I just move on. But we were treated so badly, I had to do this review. We purchased a refrigerator from Famous Tate in April. Previously we had always bought appliances from Lowe's. The refrigerator was installed and sat unlevel. Our floor was blamed but the previous refrigerator sat perfectly. We called for service and Tate sent someone. They couldn't fix the problem so Tate sent Whirlpool. Whirlpool tech was able to level after 2 trips to the house. But now the doors do not sit flush and one makes a rubbing sound when its opened and closed. The Whirlpool tech said he did all that he could do. That was Tuesday, June 7th. Today, June 11th we went to Tate's to see about our options. We did not ask for a free replacement, but did want know if there was anything we could do to get a refrigerator that worked properly. We had NO options - not even a discount on a new one. It had been more than 30 days. The fact that it was more than 30 days because Tate's kept sending out people who couldn't fix the problem didn't matter! The worst part is they didn't even try! No one looked at the pictures or video I brought; yet is was deemed cosmetic. No manager talked to us. I will NEVER go to Famous Tate again!

Recently moved into the Spring Hill area.My wife and I needed some new appliances and a mattress.What a beautiful showroom loaded with a big selection of top names in the business.We were able to get everything delivered and set up within a couple of days. Everything that was delivered was perfect and the installation crew was on time and very professional. If you need appliances and or mattresses give Famous Tate a call or better yet visit there store! You'll be so glad you did. And thank you Mark for all your help.You are very knowledgeable about all the products and that helped us make great and easy decisions on our purchases. Don't go anywhere us folks!! About 8 years ago, I had a need of an appliance and sought suggestions from co-workers. One recommended Famous Tate and they were right! The workers were helpful as I tried to figure out how to get the appliance. Now, Famous Tate is my go-to for new appliances, and the place I direct others in need. It got even better when they added free local delivery. Last week, when my dryer died, I immediately went on Famous Tate's website, researched a few choices, ordered, and set it for delivery. Within a few hours, I received a call to verify my order and to let me know I would receive a phone call the next day about delivery. Sure enough, I not only received the phone call, but an email, and a text message, as well. The delivery driver contacted me to let me know they found a dent on the side and asked if that was alright. I said it was, and he said they would be refunding me 10% of the price due to the dent. The delivery came within the window given and was smooth. They were understanding that the path I thought would work was not big enough, and were patient while I quickly cleared the way. The delivery man ensured I was okay with the dent and again stated I would receive 10% off for it. Before he left, he went through a checklist to ensure it was installed and worked. I highly recommend Famous Tate for any of your appliance needs!

Store staff was very helpful and provided useful product-related advice, without pressuring us to buy. The best price guarantee made me feel safer about the purchase. Excellent delivery experience - the delivery guys helped us assemble a heavy bed frame and put the box spring & mattress that we purchased in place.

We needed a reliable washing machine (Speed Queen) and dish washer (Bosch). Referred to Famous Tate and so happy we did. Bill Sahli was professional, friendly and helpful. Delivery went perfect and appliances are great. So very satisfied that we returned to Famous Tate and Bill Sahli a week later to purchase an oven, hood and refrigerator.

We needed a new washer and dryer and we went here to check pricing and see what products they had. They also do price matching and it helps. Prices was decent and they had the units in stock. good customer service .

I was looking for a washer and dryer and he was extremely helpful, looking for units that would match my specifications, were in stock, and could be delivered within a very short period of time. The store had a substantial inventory and pricing was competitive. The delivery went exactly as promised. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I'd highly recommend the store to anyone looking for appliances or bedding.

We had a great experience! I researched and ordered our dishwasher online. They were the same price or better than the big chains and we preferred to support a local business. They followed up the next business day to confirm our purchase. It took a couple of weeks for our model to come in, but they stayed in touch the whole time to keep us updated. I gave four stars because the website said it as in stock and also the website said they'd remove our old appliance for free, but it was a hassle to get them to take it. No matter, they'll be our first stop when we need to purchase more appliances.

Chris Walker did a great job of helping to order a new fridge & went above & beyond to get it to us the next day! Price was reasonable! Our family recommends Famous Tate.

The sales person was knowledgable, helpful and curtious. He assisted in leading us to products that met our criteria. He walked us thru the paperwork and had our financing in just minutes. If paid off within 17 months there are no interest charges, delivery and hookup within a couple of days at a mere $20 fee and another $22 for removal of our old appliance(s). They even have a respected local appliance repair company to cover the 1 year warranty. So far, so good.

I purchased a Speed Queen washer from this store and it broke in a month but no fault of Famous Tate’s. I spoke to the manager Jayne. She worked all day to get my issue resolved. I explained that I had purchased the washer a month ago and it had stopped draining and spinning. A few hours later she called me and told me she had found a replacement machine. This was a stronger and better model. She had it delivered the following day. I had no down time. I really appreciate that they stood by their product. I have 4 rentals and I will purchase my appliances from them for now on. Thank you so much Jayne!

Mark and the Famous Tate team were fantastic to work with and made our buying experience a great one! We had a delay on one product being delivered, but Mark kept on it and kept us informed the entire time. In fact, he got it here before the expected date anyways! I will be back for my Washer and Dryer next year!

Overall, very happy with Famous Tate, especially, salesperson, Christopher Walker! Only four stars because their website would not let me finish the sale online and their chat agent, Tom, could not help with that - he tried. Chris, though, helped me complete the purchase of my new Samsung washing machine, which, by the way, is excellent! My house took a lightning strike blew out my freezer. Most stores only carried chest style freezers and I needed an upright. I was frantically trying to find an in stock freezer at 5:15 on a Saturday. I finally called Famous Tate. Described over the phone what I needed,they came up with an upright almost the exact measurements I needed. It was delivered on time that Wednesday, I was shocked as other places said I would need to wait 3 to 6 weeks for one. Excellent service, and a good price. Only negative, I purchases the extended warranty but I could have gotten it cheaper if I purchased the warranty, when I registered my freezer with the manufacturer. Instead of through Famous Tate.

Ordered an LG front load washer. Good price. Delivery was not perfect but employees kept me up to date. Ordered machine, two braided supply lines. Machine was delivered but not supply lines. Employees got supply line to me within several hours and also dropped off the shipping bolts that are needed if you ever have to move a front load washer. Even though the delivery was not perfect, they made up for it with communication and action. Well done. Would do business with Famous Tate again.

Had an excellent experience with Tate! Ordered 4 kitchen appliances on a Thursday, stove and refrigerator delivered and installed the next Monday. Dishwasher and microwave delivered and installed a week later. Very happy with my salesman, Mike Sullivan. He was extremely helpful. And...best part...my four Frigidaire appliances were considerably less expensive than what Home Depot, Lowe's and Best Buy offered!
