CABBAGE SHAWARMA ! I had a very bad experience from Mark's cafe... We ordered four normal shawarma and it took half hour to get it. The shawarma was filled with cabbage and don't had any flavours of chicken. The chicken was burnt too. The only good thing was the kuboos. The kuboos was thin and perfectly cooked. But the fillings were terrible. Because of the excess cabbage, the shawarma were spoiled after 4 hours and had a bad smell. They label it chicken shawarma, but its so far off from how it should be.

We had a normal Roll Shawarma and Special Plate Shawarma from here. It was very delicious and juicy. The usual Kerala shawarma taste is not here. There was a bit difference from those. Anyways we loved it and it is recommended for other foodies too. Any shawarma lover who is passing near to this or staying near Manjadi location should try here. UPI payments accepted here. Bad experience. Romali tastes like rubber rotti. Lime is pure waste of money. Not worth of rs 30. And service also bad. If we want anything extra there is no one to call. All r busy in kitchen. And also no chilled pepsi.

Had lime juice, lime tea, shawarma and sandwiches from Mark's cafe in multiple occasions. The food was always good and the staff super friendly. There were times when the cafe was about to close when we reached and the staff stayed back to serve us. Kudos to excellent customer service !

I had a veg paneer tikka burger from this place.burger was really good and it was cheaper compared to other Burger places nearby. i am surprised to see negative reviews for this place..as someone who have burgers from all cafes near thiruvalla, this is one of the best place to have a good burger without emptying your pocket..definitely wish to revisit..

Randomly found this place. Had their shawarma and Mint lime. Food is decent and would've been better if they had a better shawarma wrapping. Overall food ia good!

Great food, music and a comfortable space to be in with friends and family. Loved their outdoor set up as well. We tried their Alfredo Chicken Pasta, Double Patty Burger and some Mojitos. Tasted great and agreed well with the tummy as well. Their menu has something for every age. Its definitely going to be one of my fave joints and a go-to place for me and my girls. Check it out!

I had a nice experience at MARKS Cafe. The food and service was good, and the atmosphere was charming. I would recommend to try their poratta sandwich which is good in taste and quantity. A cozy cafe in Thiruvalla.

I purchased 90rs emarathi shawarma its taste was really good but its bit too expensive because it is kuboose rolled.. Comparing another restaurants serve rumali shawarma for 80rs.. Too expensive

I've tried their shawarma, AlFahm as well as their chicken and beef burgers and all of them were really good. The shawarma was very authentic and juicy and just yum! Would totally recommend to any shawarma lover out there. Their AlFahm was also quite good..well spiced and very suitable to the Indian palate. Their burgers...now that was another plate of goodness. Their patties are really thiccc and juicy. You can really taste the freshness in each bite. Anybody looking for a good food spot in Thiruvalla must definitely try out this place...it's 🤌🏽🤌🏽✨✨

Visited today to this place and had an Emirati Shwarma to be Frank an Excellent one. Everyone who loves shawarma should visit this place. Clean place with fast service... Appreciated for the effort u pple take....Keep going

We ordered via Zomato. Emirati shawarma was good. nicely wrapped and tasty. Barbeque chicken, beef burger, nuggets and french fries were all tasty. club sandwich could have been better. I don't think it should be this spicy. usually it is a plain Mayo or thousand island dressing, but this had a spicy mayo dressing. Probably the majority here might prefer that . Other than that it was fine. I hope the quality remains consistent. Keep up the good work.

Cant say it is good or bad, It is tolerable, service could be better initially The cleanliness was good but their service fell short. Food is good when it comes to shawarma, but others items i will not recommend. Shakes are good. I am hoping they make their service better.

A good place in thiruvalla town to have shawarma and grilled chicken. Me and my family really loved the food.... especially the emirati shawarma... in my opinion best shawarma available in tvla ...keep going... best wishes....

The portions are very small. Greek salad looks like bunch of vegetables cut into small pieces mixed with some sauce.

Overall dining experience was poor will not revisit this place.. Ambience is not good, dine in space felt unhygienic.. Customer service was not satisfactory.. About the food, we tried shawarma it was just average not too good not too bad but a (good quantity of meat was there ) French fries served along was not good it doesn't tasted fresh.. For a dine in customers normally expect the items to be fresh in the plate.

We tried Emrathi shawarma. The chicken was very less and it was rather filled with tomatoes and cucumber slices. The roomali wrap was over burnt. The food was a waste of money and tasteless. Don't waste your money on shawarma from this spot. Can improve a lot.

This is not a dine in experience review but the food was delivered to us. The review is not about the food but the service provided to us. There was a mishap in delivering the food to us. The team really put their effort in rectifying their mistake. For a blooming cafe addressing their mistakes in such a responsible way I salute to the effort. However the food needs and improvement and hope that will be achieved very soon too. All the best team for the future... Keep up the efforts.

The experience was overall good. The first time we had a bit disappointment on the food but they immediately took the initiative to contact us and tried to rectify the same. The burger later delivered was good. Chicken Burger was juicy and good. And overall the combo was good. Especially appreciate marks cafe for taking the courage to rectify their mistake. And. appreciate miss Della for communicating and for understanding our feedback patiently. Overall had a good experience.
