It’s simply stunning to watch these golden beauties dance in the wind. The Sunflower field is just amazing. It’s perfect for all those Instagram shots. You’ll just fall in love with all of them looking towards the sun. Some of them are very tall. You can even see the one’s ready for harvesting. The place is simply amazing. Just make sure that you don’t get over enthusiastic and damage anything while trying to get those perfect shots and all. The place is very windy. Taking plenty of drinking water with you would be handy as you can get dehydrated due to the sun and there’s no store or anything within radius.

The Sun Flower Park situated in Sundarapandiapuram in Tamilnadu's Tirunelveli district 《situated at a distance of 115km from Thiruvananthapuram and 220km from Kochi 》 attracts a heavy visitor crowd to experience its scenic beauty. Its a haven for sunflower farmers and photographers. The farmers here cultivate sunflower in the same fields after the paddy is harvested. Around 5,000 acres of farm land in Sundarapandiapuram has been converted into sunflower fields.

This place is Sambarvadakarai.. Best time to visit is mid-august.. after that it is rainy season.. Hence flowers won't be there.. There is nothing such as entry fees but farmers may ask a small contribution.. Small amount of money is enough.. Visitors, please don't pluck the flowers since there is much hardwork of the farmers behind this beautiful sight.. This is a small village and don't expect much amenities...

Its a nice experience to see the sun flowers in the field during season. Its very sunny but you will not feel the heat as heavy wind is there. Walking through the fields must be careful as it is slippery.

This Sunflower park is enroute sundarapandiyapuram. No need to go inside the town. On the way to town the park is there for a straight 2km stretch. Best to visit in mid-august. A vast land full of sunflowers. It can be seen on roadside. There is no fee for sight seeing. There are farmers who might ask for some donations. If possible give them a small contribution. You can actually walk through the field. Really good for photoshoots... The show ends by august end.

The place looks amazing. From the month of July onwards you can watch the sunflowers here. It's on either side of the roads. Most visitors are people from Kerala. People who come here to watch the flowers should keep in mind that these are not a park but fields. They should not pluck or damage the flowers and plants. Just take photos and enjoy yourself. This is a picture I captured in that place when the sun was about to set.

Nice destination for taking selfies and photos. Acres of sunflower garden are there. Season time is June to August. Best time to visit is 7 to 10am and 3 to 5 pm. We can park our vehicles to near by places safely. Some times the farmers will ask money from the visitors but not mandatory.

I visited Sambaravadakarai sunflower 🌻 fields on 6th September. The sunflower fields are still there. Sundharapadiyapuram and Surandai are agriculture villages in Tamilnadu at the foothills of western ghats. About 128km from kollam and 3hrs drive.

This is a beautiful place to watch. Aug 30 is the last date to cut flowers there after they will get dam water to fill paddy field so better to go July 15 to aug 15 else you won't see the beauty of this flower. Many routes there better one shenkotai to ayikudi road. Aviod canal roads as it's very danger when opposite side vehicle comes. No space to give side. To get best photos with clear sun light shade is after 2 pm as in the morning sun comes from back side of the flower face. There very less good hotel with toilets. Petrol pumps are the best options if you travel with family. Have a nice trip

Amazing experience which you can have once in lifetime. Whenever Sun moves each flower also moves to focus the sun. Around 10 Km travel is there from Tenkasi to reach this field which are spanned over 500 acres.Sunflower fields are situated on both side of the road. In August to early September you can visit here. In other seasons you cannot see flowers.
