I didn't stayed at the hotel I just wanted a pool to cool out for the summer well.... One of the best pools in the area if not the best , reasonable prices, very kind stuff and very cheap price in the entrance,you can also go if you are not 18 without a guardian which is a very good think because you can go with your friend let's say if you are 16-17 overall an amazing pool , only downside it closes kinda early but I understand because it is a hotel after all.

Good transit hotel in Thessaloniki area Nouvelle is a very nice hotel, American Inn style. The room is big, everything clean and in good working state. The staff was amazing friendly. Breakfast was OK. Big room with plenty of space, big balcony, huge parking place, wonderful pool. However, needs a refresh IMHO, or at least some repairs. I'm talking about the surroundings. It's a big property with a lot of premises. Some of them look abandoned.

So we went together with my husband to spend a night away from kids. We arrived at the hotel already really late (23:30 p.m. to be exact). First sign we got that our choice was probably bad was that there were used products in the shower and hair on the bed 🤔 the receptionist was very polite to apologize and give us another room. So far nothing could spoil our night whatsoever. Second room we got still happy and cheerfull: we try to close the curtains and the whole curtain (including the wall fixes 😳) falls off! We re laughing through the whole situation and go to the reception once more. Shifts are changed and nice girl is gone and replaced by a gentleman. Instead of moving us to a descent room he proposed to sleep without curtains as noone could access the balcony (which was actually shared between at least two rooms). I say that this cannot happen and he indeed gives us another room. Long story sort we finally settled to a room at about 1:30 a.m. We had said from the beginning that we will not have breakfast because after two years of baby-no sleeping situation we prefer to use this time to rest. 10 o 'clock the cleaning lady knocks. First time we give no response. She probably thought meeh let me ruin your day snd knocks the door hard enough to hear it from 3 rooms away. She just wanted to ask if we needed anything she said 🤔 Anyways, we get our stuff ready to leave and go the reception. Another guy again I explain the situation and I suggest a compensation to this awful awful night. What he said? How about a coffee? 🤣🤣🤣 So unprofessional I didnt even want to go further with this! I would say this hotel is only for secret lovers who want to hook up somewhere without caring about anything. Otherwise it' a huge no.

Amazing conditions, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, you have a market above the street, and the personal is very kind and helpful.

A little run down and far away from any restaurants or entertainment without a car. But the reception lady was extremely helpful.

Transit hotel, close to the motorway (just 3 km), decent and very clean, ideal for a night stop on the route.

Friendly staff, but couldn’t take a shower while staying there (with a baby) because of the condition of the bathroom.

Good location,spotless clean room and bath,tasty breakfast,excelent coffee.

The accommodation was ok, ours beds was comfortable, but under the bad was dust and it was dirty a little. The staff was pleasant. We got a little bottle of wine when we were leaving the hotel. My final evaluation is that the Nouvelle deserve a 3 stars rate, only because of the cleanliness.

Room was clean. The location is great, super market, bus stops and gasoline stations are near the hotel. Plenty of parking spot.
