Poor service. Rough staff. Room changed last minute with no confirmation.

Super nicely and modern decorated apartment in a central location. Fully furnished and clean. Great host always more than happy to assist you!

It was easy to get to the apartment, and pretty clear from the instructions we got. No human service involved, and you only get when you need to get the keys. Really good value, clean and tidy. Small apartment but it was more than enough for a quick vacation. Full of nice things like microwave and even coocking stove. Mostly clubs and bars in the area, so a bit noisy at night.

Flat is in the epicenter of Thessaloniki nightlife. It is well equipped and staff is reliable.

They were very unprofessional with the communication: they did not answer our basic question (about parking) and they did not provide the check in details at the check in hour. Also, we called 4-5 times and they only picked up the 5th time we called.

Απαράδεκτο. Ταξιδεύαμε εχθές όλη μέρα, καθυστέρησε η πτήση μας, φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα και ο κωδικός που μας έδωσαν για να ανοίξουμε την κλειδαριά και να παραλάβουμε το κλειδί ώστε να μπούμε μέσα δεν ήταν σωστός. Τους τηλεφωνουσαμε επανειλημμένα και δε λάβαμε καμία απάντηση ποτέ, ενώ καλούσαμε στον αριθμό που είχαν για έκτακτη ανάγκη. Περιμέναμε μέσα στο κρύο ως τις 2:30 τη νύχτα, ώσπου αναζητήσαμε άλλο κατάλυμα. Μην κάνετε κράτηση ποτέ.

Wir sind das 2 mal dieses Jahr mit Baby in dieser Suite und erneut einfach nur enttäuscht. Werden nie wieder kommen. Tut uns leid aber die Mängel werden einfach nicht behoben. Der Wasserkocher ist innen schwarz und verkalkt. Schaut man sich das vorher nicht an? Ich kann für unser Baby kein Wasser in einem verkalkten Wasserkocher kochen. BabyBett ist vorhanden aber keine Matratze sondern nur eine holzeinlage. Baby hat die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen und nur geweint. Sehr unverschämt bitte kümmert euch um eine Matratze für Babys oder Kinder die im BabyBett noch schlafen!! Ebenfalls unzufrieden mit dem Bett. Knackt ständig und hört sich an als würde es auseinandergehen. Letztes Thema Föhn. Föhn für 10 Sekunden zu benutzen klappt dann geht er aus weil er sich wohl überhitzt. Bitte behebt eure Fehler!

We rented two apartments, Agia Sofias 29, for three days. No sheets on the beds in both apartments. We asked for the sheets but they didn't bring them. In one of our apartments, the bathroom smelled and the faucet was leaking. They ignored us when we asked for sheets!!

Booked a room for 40€. Shortly after the booking was cancelled without any reason. I tried to contact them but never got a sufficient reply. The room is still available on the website but now for 104€.

The room was not very clean to dirty. If we hadn't prepaid I would have left!
