The Hoppy Bar is a must visit venue if you are staying or live in Thessaloniki. Giorgos the owner is also the host of the annual Thessaloniki Beer Festival, which is another must. The range and variety of beers that the Hoppy Bar afford their customers is the best I have experienced outside of the UK. You get a change of tap every week and a selection of microbrewery offerings that makes you want to just keep trying. The venue itself is a small, but cozy place near the White Tower and is a well decorated establishment that doesn't allow smoking inside and has always a great selection of music, and a welcomed low level. I would totally recommend the Hoppy Bar, what's stopping you!
