Delicious food, big portions! Great cappuccino too. Friendly staff and beautiful interior. We had Salmon Benedict and Kayanas eggs for brunch

One of the best brunch spots I've been to. Lots of options, reasonable prices and very tasty food. Loved most of the savory options we tried. Definitely give the Light Lemon Pancakes a try if you are in the mood for something sweet.

We visited this place 2 times during our week stay in Thessaloniki. Both times for breakfast, and it was amazing! Fresh, delicious food, big portions, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. One time we ordered an option for 2 and we could not finish it (see the photo)

So good we ate here 2 days in a row, lunch and dinner! Lovely back street find with great indoor and outside atmosphere, fab staff, great r n B music playing and delicious food and drink. I don't usually have burgers but theirs looked so delicious on first visit I had to come and try the Mexican... It didn't disappoint. Accommodated our daughter who just wanted spaghetti napoli... She had it twice! Lovely wine and if we were staying longer we would have to try their humongous pancakes! Delightful, helpful, chatty staff... Its connected to the Colors hotel.. I had a rather disappointing visit to this brunch restaurant this morning. The highlight of my disappointment was the so-called 'Hollandaise' sauce that accompanied my Eggs Benedict. I expressed my concern to the waitress about how it neither looked nor tasted like a proper Hollandaise but rather resembled a Béchamel sauce. To my surprise, she brushed off my complaint, insisting that their chef knows what's in it. What bothered me even more was her attempt to involve another customer, who conveniently happened to be a chef, sitting nearby, making it feel like an unnecessary spectacle. I requested to see both sauces, and it was evident that the other one was indeed a Béchamel, while the one they presented as a Hollandaise was far from it. When I asked the neighboring diner if he noticed the difference, he simply claimed that 'every restaurant does it its own way.' In my opinion, there's a traditional way to make Hollandaise with three main ingredients, and flour or starch isn't one of them. Furthermore, there was a problem in ordering a classical Eggs Benedict as it was not on the menu but at the end I received the salmon version without salmon, with bacon on the side. We also ordered two different coffees, one medium sweet and one sweet, but they tasted identical, both sweet. When I raised my concerns about the sauce to the waitress, she unconvincingly explained that it was their unique take on Hollandaise, less sour than usual. However, I would have appreciated witnessing the chef's preparation to understand their approach. Regrettably, I didn't voice my dissatisfaction to the management, as the waitress appeared to hold a managerial role herself and was unresponsive to my concerns. Overall, my experience left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment, especially given the high expectations I had for a brunch outing. Did I have a wow moment? Sure I did, but it was not on the food. Do I recommend this for brunch? Definitely not. There are way better places to have real eggs Benedict. The guys serving us were vey friendly and very polite though.

The food was okay, but not wow. It looks better that it taste, it seems just blunt. The omlette was really oily, as well as the greens from the pancakes. The waiter was nice and the coffee was good.

Food - we ordered a bagel with vegetables and an egg, and it was not that good. The bagel was too dry, was not fresh and was hard to cut. Also we ordered a sweet pancake option with berries and homemade chocolate, but the pancakes were cold, thick, and not fresh. They were more like bread than a pancake. The topping was too sweet and was hard to eat. The latte with an oatmilk was just water and tasted like there was no coffee. Atmosphere - the music was so loud.

One of my favourite restaurants in Thessaloniki The food is served, nice, neatly and appealing The taste was havely, I simply loved it. So far one of the very best They have some signature cocktails too. This evening I met with a friend, we both took the same signed cocktail! OMG!!! It was delicious 😋

The best place for your brunch in Thessaloniki. Pakos (sweet) madness is truly madness but so so yummy. Big portion of happiness and sugar for a lovely day in the city. The service was fast with a smile. We will be back soon for another try!

I had the best scrambled eggs experience there. If you like the egg with tomato and a little bit of feta cheese, try Kayanas eggs, traditional Greek breakfast. The price was around 8€ per portion. The service was great too. You can pay by cash or card.

The best spot for the breakfast I tried during the 4 days of my stay in Thessaloniki. Very delicious breakfast, moderately priced, good service, nice location.

The food is good and you enjoy it, we tried it twice, the only issue they take long time from order to get your food, in our case it took around 40m and we didn’t like the sweet board for sharing (matter of preference) but the Pocas madness was really good and worth it.

Very nice place to eat! They have vegan options and nice smoothies. Both things we ordered were really delicious.. the pizza and the sandwich wrap 🌯

Very lovely place with a friendly staff. My favorite brunch meal is Colors Salmon Bagel, they don’t skimp on salmon. 😃 They have vegan milk as well.👌

The pancakes were thick & pre-made, not fresh as they supposed to be, and it is covered with alot of sauce for no reason... However when i asked why it is pre-made they said that they can't follow up with the orders if they make it at the same moment and that's why it is pre-made !!!!!!!!! 😐😕 However, drinks are fine ... well made, well presented.

Delicious food at moderate prices. From breakfast to brunch, lunch and dinner and from coffee to juice service is polite, helpful and attentive. Prices are OK but value for money is still good. Try the shrimp burger and the pancakes with fresh fruits! Inside area is accessible only to fully vaccinated as personnel is fully vaccinated too the area is considered Covid free. Outside area is beautiful!

Nice breakfast place in the city center. A bit busy in the morning as they serve a buffet for the hotel. Otherwise, the price/quality is great! They have a nice list of brunch options.

The brunch here is really good! I have the scrambled eggs with focaccia and mushrooms and it was a big portion with a good price! My boyfriend got the lemon berry pancakes they came beautifully decorated and they tasted amazing! This place has affordable meals and coffees. Their interior and exterior decor is cute and quaint.

Amazing brunch-ing place. Best frappe i had in a while (w/o milk). Woke me up in seconds. The bagel was very tasty. The waitress that served us was awesome.

The Garden Bar is a very good choice for brunch, coffee or drinks at an excellent location in downtown Thessaloniki. Relaxed atmosphere, tasteful decoration, and good music selections. Their signature lemonades and cocktails are wonderful. Prices are quite reasonable. Their staff is efficient, polite, and friendly!

Amazing place for brunch. We had avocado salmon bagel and salmon benedict. We were lucky that there was vacant table. There might be a queue.

Nice and cozy place for a coffee or for breakfast. We ordered a breakfast board and a pancake dessert, which were really nice and tasty. We had a good time, and definitely planning to go again. Prices were good, nothing extreme!

Totally hipster place with all hipster meal and drink options. Go for Pacos Madness at this place. It's a breakfast/brunch menu for two and it's amazing! Prices are reasonable. I would like to see paper or glass straws instead of plastic ones that the place is using for the drinks, though.

Very stylish, with beautiful aesthetic. Extremely tasty brunch worth the slightly steeped prices. There weren't many seats available outside that were covered by shade as it is a popular breakfast destination but if you're in town for brunch, The Garden Bar is a definite go-to.

Really enjoyed my time here. Came for breakfast & ordered the platter with my partner which was amazing and filling. Had a very helpful waiter who helped me order my first Greek coffee (it was delicious). Came back another day for a massage (located upstairs) and managed to catch happy hour where I enjoyed a lovely cocktail for only €5. Everyone is super helpful here, the menu is to die for and I would highly recommend anyone to visit!

I had a wonderful brunch experience. I went there with a friend and chose pancakes, salty and sweet as well. Both dishes were huge and we couldn't eat them all. They were delicious of course and at a really reasonable price. The coffee is nice as well. The staff were friendly and really polite. Thank you. I totally recommend it :)
