We were issued receipts for coffees costing 2€ each while we were asked to pay 4.50€, the explanation from the waitress that this was simply a mistake was outrageous. The table next to us experienced the same "mistake", friends that had visited at different times expected the same "mistake"... Well that's called common practice and tax fraud if you ask me.

Terrible service! I was taking my girlfriend out for a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary and we arrived at this restaurant and the waitress looked us over for an uncomfortably long time then sat us in the back corner. I then asked to be seated closer to the bar where another waiter told us the were completely booked. The restaurant was empty, I knew he was lying to me. Then we sat for a very long time where I flagged multiple servers and they proceeded to ignore me because I was in the corner of shame! After this went on for 15-20 minutes I got up and left. For a restaurant whose slogan is stay classy, they’re not too classy themselves.

Superior decorated Coffee Bar & restaurant with Huge windows overlooking the Thermaikos sea. Plenty of seating area inside and outside. Staff helpfully & friendly. Prices moderate for the seaside and the quality of service provided. Wine & spirits selection is great ! Food is average with great Bergers ! Enjoy!!!

Nice place. Good fredo coffee. Fancy place. Waiters are nice. Manager (young blonde girl) don’t let everyone to seat outside. He select people on base of outfits, which is very rude. Change the policy of restaurant and change manager(young girl).

My eggs Benedict was ice cold, also didn't have much flavour. It's almost like they took the hollandaise straight from the fridge. The dish looked as pretty as the restaurant interior, but the taste was extremely disappointing. Might be a nice place for a drink or coffee, but I would avoid getting food here if possible.

I consider the foremost concern to be the disposition and the manner in which customers are treated. It is discourteous to determine seating arrangements in the cafeteria by assigning this responsibility to individuals who provide an array of unconvincing explanations. In other words It's not polite to choose who will sit or not in cafeteria, using for this "job" some girls who will give you a bunch of cheap excuses. Note: This occurrence did not involve me directly; however, I have observed it happening to certain unfortunate customers.

The woman at the entrance displayed rudeness by insisting we leave after being seated at a table, as we only intended to have coffee at 11 in the morning, not a full meal. It was embarrassing since all the tables next to us were having coffee.

Ok the drinks were ok even though they didn't have half of the menu catalog , but when you order drinks it is supposed to bring a salty snack like the other tables got... Also when u sit inside and some random people from the next table decide to light up 4 big cigars inside the place at 19:00 is rude to us. We may be smoking but never bothering others. So we had to leave early. 3 stars for the place but 1 star for service and the atmosphere at all.

Waiters do not pay attention to the customers on the tables outside. We were waiting for 15 to make our order, and then the same time to get it . They need to hire more waiters for rush hours .

Kind of a fancy place. With the nice location I will say it's a reasonable price. Dishes are fine. There are a lot of interesting drinks. The waiters are very nice.

High class, kind and good staff, sea view, excellent music by DJ, beautiful place, A++ food, prices are a bit higher than average but correaponds to whar you get.

Best Fredo Espresso in Thessaloniki up to today. A Superbly decorated Coffee Bar, with Huge windows overlooking the sea. Plenty of seating area inside and outside. Staff quick and friendly. Prices excellent for the area and the quality of service provided. Need to come back for evening drinks.

Nice place, decent hot chocolate is thick and slightly bitter like it should be. One of the few places it seems with a good Expresso Martini, funnel avocados and shrimp croquettes. The neighboring table had what looked like good quality shisha, so if that's your thing, this place is an option.

Very professional staff, great cocktails and amazing shisha. Excellent location and music.

Brunch was pretty good. Food was good and service was quick and cordial. Also you cannot beat the view and the breeze. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating available. It was pretty quiet on a wednesday at 1000.

First time I experienced such bad service in Thessaloniki. Never happened before like that. Told us we will be reseated to the outside as soon as something is free - even we reminded them, NOTHING happened. Perfect Location, beautiful interior but Service didn’t let us feel good. Pity!

Good location for getting a drink in the evening on the Thessaloniki seashore. Serving was good, beer was good, prices are a bit high, but one should expect that. Over all, a pleasant experience

Small and cozy coffee shop. If you decide to spend more than one hour there, which I did, try to find a table outside, on the sunny side of the bar. You might not like the noise from the passing by cars and the beggars who approach you every 10 minutes, but I enjoyed the view, the warm sunny day and a very good aperol spritz.
