As
a
mac
and
cheese
fiend,
when
I
heard
that
there
was
a
new
build-your-own
mac
restaurant
opening,
I
had
to
try
it.
This
place
is
definitely
off
to
a
great
start!
You
have
a
pretty
standard
menu
to
choose
sauce/cheese
type,
noodle
type,
and
extras
like
meats
or
veggies
and
toppings.
I
went
for
the
classic
cheese
on
shells,
with
bacon
and
peas
mixed
in
and
no
topping.
My
friend
went
for
the
classic
noodles
with
the
goddess
sauce
and
it
looked
pretty
good
too!
My
boyfriend
also
did
the
classic
cheese
with
shells,
but
added
in
jalapeños,
and
a
bunch
of
crust
toppings.
The
great
thing
about
this
place
is
that
everyone
can
create
something
that
they
like.
The
time
it
takes
to
order
your
dish
and
get
it
to
your
table
isn't
too
long.
I
would
say
two
biggest
issues
were
that
the
portions
felt
a
bit
small.
I
left
still
feeling
hungry,
and
for
$11
as
your
base
for
mac
and
cheese?
You
kinda
want
to
leave
feeling
like
it
was
worth
your
money.
The
second
thing
is
while
I
demolished
my
dish,
I
left
wishing
the
cheese
was
a
bit
creamier.
All
three
of
our
dishes
had
the
cheese
melted,
but
it
would
bunch
up
once
the
dish
was
cooled.
If
they
add
a
bit
more
cream
to
the
sauces,
it
would
be
perfect.
