Rude, completely unprofessional staff at the entrance, allowing specific people to enter depending on their outfits and the personal taste of the staff….Come on! It’s just a rooftop bar it’s not Hilton!!! If you don’t want to ruin your mood don’t even go close by…. Terrible behavior!

Not even gonna think of going there again. As a local that has been there a few times, I'd say that the place is decent, however I am absolutely disgusted by the people working there: they wouldn't even say hello when me and my friend approached (!). I greeted them politely, but still no response (!), the only thing one of them asked was if we had a reservation. We didn't, so they just stopped talking to us (!). I asked if there's any chance we could go in, but the only thing I got as a response was a blunt "NO" (!). I obviously didn't like that they wouldn't let us in even though it was super early, but being super rude for no reason is unacceptable.

If you are visiting Thessaloniki I give you a clear recommendation not to go there. Unprofessional and arrogant entrance without any sense for people. It seems they prefer to fill the bar with friends and locals (zipping one drink all night) instead of working with solvent tourists who want to celebrate properly and have fun. A very bad example for greek hospitality.

Very disappointed. We were enjoying our holiday with my friend and tried to get in. The guy at the entrance said we had to have a reservation and because there was no table available we should have waited for an hour. But he wasn’t even sure about that. It would have been fine but then we saw other girls going inside without any questions. Whatever the reason was he didn’t want us to get in, it was utterly disappointing and ruined our first impression of the Thessaloniki hospitality. Don’t go there! There are other nice places where they treat you nicely. Don’t ruin your holiday.

The bouncers at the door are the most arrogant and rude people I've ever seen in my entire life. Especially if you are a tourist avoid this place at any cost.

Went…tried to go there a last week on Friday (3rd of September). The doorman was genuinely the rudest and most arrogant person I have ever seen! Said they’re fully booked for the next 3 days in a very grumpy and unprofessional way as though I’ve somehow offended him, even though some people were just walking in without any issues, and that I should ask on their Facebook and/or Instagram page if they have any spaces available for Monday…never received a response. Do not waste your time here! It’s obvious that they only let certain people in. Also, from the other reviews it’s pretty obvious that the doorman/security is xenophobic and discriminates men who aren’t dressed like they’ll be visiting the Queen of England. It’s a highly overrated place that keeps getting customers purely because of a false reputation.

Avoid, is not worth! So many shops in this place, for every taste! On the right so strong face, I am asking my self if they was looking much to find him! The other two they are OK, but this one on the right is like... what ever!

The employess are too «cool» and arrogant to take care of the guests

They quite literally verbally assaulted me and told me other women were “dressed better” and that’s why they were let in. I was in a normal sun dress. Many bars in this areas seemed to dislike Americans so non of them let us in. It was really sad. I would also agree. Do not come to Thessaloniki

Was there, got inside without trouble but service was terrible. We left shortly after and didn’t even get to order our bottle. For all those people saying they didn’t get in: be happy you didn’t waste your time and money.

Disgusting behaviour by these two tonight. Authority control issues. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY OR MONEY HERE.

Nice roof bar, nice music, young people! It's very crowded at the weekends it's better make a reservation. There is an elevator but at the last floor you have to go by stairs. I will definitely go again

Not safe for queer people. They denied entrance to a member of the lgbt+ community just because of his appearance and sexuality.
