Ordered at home a hot cappuccino and what I got instead was a freddo cappuccino. It seems if they don 't have what you ask for, they just replace it, without calling and asking.

The lady worked here at night was extremely rude for no reason, and she did not want to sell me pies. As a result I was not able to get the pastries and walked out of the store empty-handed and confused. I’m never coming back, I am not missing much as your pies are not fresh anyway.

ok bougatsa but nothing special...If you are in the area its an okay choice but for the same price elsewhere you can find bigger and testier options. Also be careful of the toilets that are in the lower floor and you must ask for the key...because they don't tell you about the key and you must climb the stairs again to ask them for the key
