Although we ordered only one salad and calamari, two pieces were written on the bill. When I asked why, they said that the size of the squid can change, although they did not ask me anything. This is opportunistic and not nice. The food is not as delicious as before, I do not recommend it if you do not want to encounter surprises !!!

A group of 8 people visited the restaurant in Thessaloniki and I must say we were impressed. The restaurant is very good located and the interior is beautifully designed. The menu is extensive and includes a variety of seafood. I ordered the gnocchi handmade with shrimps . 🍤🍤🍤 The portion size was generous and the dish was reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the staff were attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations, such as good handmade white wine. 🥂

This is the authentic Mediterranean experience, friendly people a bunch of olive oil, and well the food is simple and delicious. Being a sea food tavern we should order shrimps or mussels, but we went ahead and tried some of the kebab and pork steak. The meat was tender and juicy to the point of melting in your mouth, the appetizers were mesmerizing as well. The Pita Antonio was the traditional grandma experience in Greece reminding me spanakopita with a twist. The French fries were cut in the hand and cooked with love, the salad refreshing. The end touch, the calamari filled with feta cheese and drenched with olive oil was the cherry on top. Overall great experience and one of the best places to eat in Thessaloniki. Prices are great, portions are great, hospitality is great. 5 out of 5 stars easily. BTW the mushrooms were great as well, juicy and tender as they should, ending with a delicious punch.

Absolutely wonderful. Everything was excellent, but the τσίρος (salted mackerel) was the best I ever tried - better even than that prepared at the long ago closed (and very much missed) Απότσος in Athens. The παστουρμαάς της θάλασσας was also exceptional. Half portions are available, so you can try lots of dishes - and you really should!

Absolutely gorgeous food with a atmosphere that you just can’t really beat. Sit outside among an old little church on the side of the road and enjoy delicious seafood by Lola! we got the midia axnista (steamed mussels) (apparently they are famous for them - I believe them!), xorta (dandelion greens), feta psiti (baked feta), calamari, octopus, and some gorgeous house wine. Everything was absolutely delicious, octopus had a very nice charred flavour (they hang it to dry in the sun) and the calamari was lightly breaded and not heavy at all. I am from south korea and there is a few information for thessaloniki in my country so everthing was unfamiliar with me. we have difficulty for choosing menu because we dont have experience this kind of food. and it takes long time to choose menu with staff but staff nicely helped us with patient(i thought this was littlebit annoying situation for him)and I am really moved. Food was absolutely delicious. and we were full so we were going to leave restaurant but another staff tried to taste dessert and recommend we must try. and.. dessert was delicious...! and master of this restaurant gave us warm treat. I've traveled quiet a lot of country and restaurant this restaurants staff are THE BEST !! thanks i never forget this reataurant!

Stumbled upon this place by the university for a late lunch and the food was great. The atmosphere and staff are also very friendly. The grilled vegetables is a recommended choice for a small break between all the seafood however their seafood is really fresh and well grilled. The grilled cuttlefish, grilled prawns, and steamed mussels are all great choices with the leftover sauce of the mussels being a delicious bread soaker. The only slight disappointment being the grilled cuttlefish and prawns were a bit overcooked and rubbery, but still very very tasty. They ended it with a free dessert of a cream cake on buiscuit (similar to a tiramisu) which was a nice end to the meal. The prices were "fair" given the neighbourhood but compared to other small plate seafood restaurants, only slightly on the more expensive side.

It is located opposite Kamara, in the narrow street of Agapinou, next to the Holy Church of Ypapanti. It has tables inside, but also in the square opposite the restaurant. The menu has many seafood options. Our favorite was the prawn gnocchi, although all were very tasty and very well priced. Many options from the menu came in two sizes: regular and half, which is especially useful for trying many different flavors.

Absolutely terrific. The food was great, we got three appetizers, mussels and water for 25 €, so the price is also remarkable. The service was nice, spoke english, the only negative is that we waited quite a lot for the bill. But it couldn't overshade the great experience.

Incredible value for your money. Go with a group of people so you can order lots of food and share it. We did that and I ended up paying €18 for appetizers, salad, a meal, bread, sparkling water, and wine. I was stuffed!

Great place for Egean tastes. Beautiful calamaris, octopus’s mussels and fried zucchinis. Also dessert is on house and so delicious.

A nice place to have food with a bunch of friends. Their dishes are quite big so they are good to share with others.

We completely liked the restaurant. The restaurant has a traditional atmosphere. Every dish was delicious. The owner and employees are polite, friendly and very helpful. We preferred feta cheese with honey, calamari fritti, Greek salad and daily fish, Ouzo and Cretean Raki. We liked everything. If we'll visit to Thessaloniki again, we will revisit the restaurant. We were checking the place out when an older gentleman invited us in and showed us a table for two. The place is small and simple and yet it brings the best of Greece - taste and hospitality. We felt like part of a greek family night as all the tables were very close to each other, still this did not bother us, neither did we bother anybody. It is well known by the locals. They also have tables outside but inside is great as well due to the aircondition. I believe that everything you order will be a great choice. We tasted the tzatziki, fried zucchini, pasta with salmon and sundried octopus. They also brought is small ice cream for dessert. They have plenty of choices of beer, wine and ouzo. In conclusion: Highly recommend.

My favourite restaurant in Thessaloniki! Definitely the best stuffed squid I have ever had anywhere - was just melting in the mouth. The octopus was also amazing. Friendly and efficient service, traditional setting. A must for gourmet experience while in town! Would go back for sure.

Authentic greek dishes in this restaurant. Plus Some dishes with a nice twist. You must try gnocchi with shrimps and paprika in this yellow sauce that i could not recognise. Loved it. Everything was great. And I dont say that often to be honest :)

Highly recommend this if you like seafood. We showed up around 5pm without a reservation and got a seat pretty quick. The waitress was very nice to offer us half portion of mussel and shrimp so we can try both without stuffing ourselves. Seafood pasta was really good and generous portion for two people. We went back again the next day, and it did not disappoint.

Possibly the best place to eat in Thessaloniki. We can't believe we lived there for so long and knew nothing about it! Lola is an absolute legend, she even came out of her kitchen to talk to us. The fresh fish and seafood are unsurpassable. Go, you won't regret it!

Very good fish, fries and desert. Waiters tend to forget some things from the order and I felt overwhelmed when they explained the menue and options. The seating outside is ok but I have seen way better locations. Prices are reasonable but they charge for water and bread which other restaurants dont.

Fantastic place , best food we had in Thessaloniki, great wine 🍷 too , the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Everything was truly exceptional. Very reasonable prices too for such quality food.
