The location is good, the exterior and interior are incredible, the flavors are astonishing, the presentation is beautiful, and the wines are delicious. Quite probably the best restaurant in Thessaloniki. Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants in Thessaloniki for 4 decades! High-end gastronomy, luxurious environment, professional, kind service. All plates I’ve tried have been delicious even though quite pricey. Long wine list (surprisingly) well priced. All these prizes are well deserved!

The food was good, but the behaviour of the staff was unacceptable for me. From the beginning they started to make us feel we should order more food with questions like “ You will order only this? You don’t want main dish?”. After that every two minutes they asked us if our dishes are free like they wanted to kick us out of the restaurant.

It is an overpriced place, which aims to impress via a sanitized formal approach to the customers focused mostly on the PR part - but not in an honest or warm way - and not really on the taste/food/dining experience. There might be some high-quality fish or meat, but the taste, the balance and the technics in their dishes seem to be inadequate compared to the prices. Overall it is a place for people who like to focus on the socializing part and not the food. I would not visit again.

Divine experience at Clochard. Delicious, perfectly seasoned courses and wonderful service. A bit quieter than surrounding places but absolutely worth a visit.

Classic restaurant, in a very nice location of the city. Friendly and professional stuff and very nice ambiance. Really nice food especially the prime cuts. Adequate wine list. Fair priced for the quality of food and service. Will definitely revisit this one!

Just tried all of hot appetizers- impossible to say what's better. Everything is superb. Turnedos was exactly the right and excellent. Cuttlefish was beautiful and prepared in a very good way. Choices of vino is good and they can recommend it to you if you have any doubts. Service is the best I have in years here in Thessaloniki.

This 5 star Greek dining at its best. The food and the service was excellent. Very, very, good. Intense tastes, beautiful colours, harmonious textures and fine presentation. The food was allowed to speak for itself - and not fussy. The wait staff were knowable and informative.

It's worth the voyage. Fish of the day was lobster, and we got excellent pasta with lobsters.

The food was excellent, of course, but I was especially impressed with the service! The entire was pleasant, helpful, humorous and - most important - very patient with two adolescents from abroad experiencing European fine dining for the first time. I also note that the fillet was perfectly cooked!

I do not recommend this place. If I don’t have the habit of leaving gentile reviews, I will say “Avoid It.” I feel my experience was a waste of money and time. As a relatively posh restaurant, it has a high price. All at first I thought it was fine because you paid for the decor, for the vibe of a fine dining. Unfortunately, that meal was not fine at all. The main course was over salty, so I kept drinking water. The young receptionist was warm and welcoming, but the much senior waiter was inpatient and cold. I understand every one has a unique personality, and actually it’s quite rude to think people in the hospitality industry must keep smiling. However, I do felt uncomfortable when my waiter talked with me in manners as if he hoped to avoid the talk! And to be worse, you paid for a prepackaged meal and such an experience for a high price, a price two times higher than the average price for a lunch/dinner in Thessaloniki. I dined with a few well-to-do restaurants at the port, which were supposed to be expensive, and the bill was half of the money I paid for this one. If you would like to have a sip, the wine list is okay. But as to me, I will find somewhere else either for a formal dinner or for snacks.

The best steak I have had! Honestly….. the staff were perfect with their hospitality. The location is perfect. Would recommend for you to come and experience some fine dining in Thessaloniki. Thank you for the experience!

We had a wonderful evening dinner here. The service is excellent and the food was delicious. Everything that we tried had an interesting taste and the chef has nice selections of dishes on the menu. Additionally there is a very broad wine list to cover the needs. Definitely recommended if you visit Thessaloniki.

Undoubtedly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. It was my first time at Clochard’s new location. Service was exceptional-staff was extremely nice, friendly and attentive. We were served a complementary soup as a starter - Green tomato gazpacho with traditional Greek cheese inside, exceptional combination! I found it lovely that the portions of the main dishes were quite big. I had the rigatoni with the fish of the day, and the sauce and caviar excellently complemented with the fish. We tried the crepe Suzette for dessert and it was prepared incredibly and burned in front of us, I was very pleasantly surprised by it since I have a very low tolerance for sweet things, yet I found that it had just the right amount of sweetness to not take away from its intense citrus flavour. I couldn’t recommend Clochard more, I think it is a must for any seeker of a fine dining experience in Thessaloniki.

Really good place for me as a critical Chinese foodie. I recommend everyone to come here. Really good food, and really great service.

Excellent choice. It's fine dining

Excellent restaurant with dishes that honour their prices. Even the rocket salad is made with an inventive recipe that is worth having again and again. Also, excellent service. I would be cautious with the dishes of the day. Some are priced entirely outside the range of the standard menu, and the prices are not clarified in writing or when the dishes are presented by the waiters. Eg white truffle risotto at €60. Surprises aside, I now see myself as a regular when in Thessaloniki!

Great service. The salad was good and the main dish which was delicious was the fish, sea bream, the rest was just like that.

We arrived without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised to be received without a hassle. Wonderful service, chill vibe, great food and large portions (at least compared to what I am used to as a foreigner 😂). Would def be here on the regular for some wine and a snack if I were a local.

Awesome dinner! This is a fine dining restaurant in the center of Thessaloniki. All dishes were amazing!

We visited the restaurant for lunch and we spent couple of hours. Our experience was really good. Excellent and very hospitable service from Apostolis and his colleagues. We had definitely some of the best seafood you can find in Thessaloniki. Greek recipes with a delicate approach accompanied with a rich wine list. Hopefully we 'll be back soon!!

Excellent service, with frequent plate changes, water and wine refills and perfect timing to every course. Loved the gazpacho, which was a refreshing amuse bouche from the chef. The best appetizers were the veal tartare and foie gras. Interesting preparation for the pastitsio and mousaka, totally unexpected, but good. The dolmades were my least favorite of the dinner, would not order next time. I love duck breast, and the corn accompaniment sounded good, but was too understated. I prefer the bold flavors of tangy berries or cherries. The duck itself was tasty. Desserts were phenomenal! And of course, Thema red wine goes with everything...

Well ! It was brilliant... nice atmosphere really fresh design and comfortable! Tables have enough space although it’s a small restaurant ! Wine list really good with big variety and amazing prices ! Above the regular menu was also an extra “October-Halloween “ menu so I ordered from there! Sizes of the dishes definitely win over the price ! Big portion, tasteful, excellent! A diamond in night life of the city! Little overpriced for Thessaloniki but who cares! Service was very polite and helpful! Everything was on time! Keep on people...
