Tasty gyro (€3.90) with dozens of optional toppings and rapid service. It's a bit of a shame they don't have their full English menu on the wall and you have to scan a QR code for it.

In my humble opinion this place serves one of the best gyros in town. If like gyros or want to try it and you are around center, just go there. In addition the last couple of years they renovated the place and siting inside is quite nice. Their cooked food is really nice for its price, last time we took 2 chicken soups and it costed 4,5 euro per soup. I’ll recommend it as a cheap alternative for any junk food, but they serve really good junk as well 😂

Great local traditional gyros restaurant in the heart of Thessaloniki. The food is amazing, you can sit and enjoy it there or have it to go. Prices are cheap, the personnel is caring and it’s worth the visit. I recommend the pork gyros portion with cold draft beer.

Found this place when we were hugnry waled around. Service is fast and attentive. Food served quickly after the order. The only downside was the e-menu that has quite a slow loading time and weird translation.

The souvlaki was amazing. We ordered one with some extra fatty bits and one "regular". Great service and polite staff. Cozy outdoor dining.

Eating this restaurant’s chicken gyro was truly a unique experience. The chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection, leaving a lasting flavor on my palate. The service was also quite swift and the staff was extremely courteous. I believe I have found a great spot. I definitely recommend!

Love the fun vibe of the place and the staff friendliness complements that vibe. The Saganaki and the plate of Pork Gyros are both delicious. The Gyros is of the dryer and crispier kind compared to the tender succulent kind served at Porto Gyros, another fantastic place for pork gyros in Thessaloniki.

First time eating gyros, and it was very good and affordable; but we had to wait 20+ mins to get our check/bill. I think they are understaffed.

Good food, relatively quick service. The recipes are authentic, in the sense that this is what people eat at home (well, not gyros and shawarmas, obviously). Good value for money. Excellent place to put good food in a hungry person. You can see many locals eating here.

A great place to try traditional home made greek food in Thessaloniki. We liked it very very much. We came on Sunday and it was very busy - there were lots of local families, later we understood why it was so popular 🙂- amazingly delicious food, great friendly and fast service and a super affordable price - we are a family of 5, and paid around 36 euros for abundant lunch. We will definitely come back, I totally recommend this place 👌

We came here on purpose for Gyros. It was a good decision. The meat was very tasty as well as the pie, but the pommes did not charm us. The staff is very friendly. The boys are literally running around the terrace to prepare the table for new guests as soon as possible. The service is also fast. I recommend this place.

the giok balik gyros was lovely! pretty big portion and great taste, with a large beer only cost 9€ 💛 only down the road from the museums (momus, archaeological and byzantine) so perfect location for people visiting those too.

Perfect Pork Gyros in the center of Thessaloniki 💯

Giok Balik is one of the favourite places to eat. Sandwiches are really good with unique combinations that can't be found elsewhere. The cooked stuff it has is fine. Patsitsio was a bit heavy for my taste but generally it was fine. "Madito" was nice.

Lovely authentic tasting Greek food. We ordered a plethora of dishes and all of them were amazing. The food arrived quickly and together. Chilled beer prices and excellent service. Options of sitting in the air conditioned section or on the street. Overall a great place for a lovely lunch or dinner.

It was for real amazing. Clean, cool location in the city centre, cheap and the meal was just perfect. Big RECOMENDATION in Thessaloniki. 10/10
