We
decided
to
eat
here
two
days
ago.
Location
is
nice,
food
is
good,
and
the
prices
are
reasonable.
However,
the
service
was
terrible.
We
had
to
wait
20minutes
before
we
could
even
order
our
drinks.
I
had
to
wait
an
additional
hour
to
get
my
food,
after
I
got
the
wrong
order
2
times
in
a
row.
The
staff
was
very
rude,
and
not
even
an
apology
for
the
inconvenience.
Eventually
the
boss
had
to
come
to
our
table.
It
looked
like
he
didn't
even
care
either.
He
suggested
a
discount,
followed
by
a
very
rude
interaction
with
the
boss,
implying
"is
this
normal
in
your
country?
Where
are
you
from?"
It
doesn't
matter,
this
kind
of
customer
service
(if
you
even
could
call
it
"service")
shouldn't
be
acceptable
in
any
country.
Answers
like
"it's
very
busy"
is
not
an
excuse
if
you
sacrifice
customer
service.
With
a
little
bit
of
compassion
or
even
an
apology,
compensation
or
discount
could
easily
been
avoided.
But
the
boss
with
a
very
irritated
apology,
only
after
the
payment...
