Food:🌕🌕🌕🌕 Excellent taste in bread, I’m very picky with bread but I’ll say that they have done a good job! The greens are well balanced salad choice with refreshing dressing. 9.3€ is bit pricey but good taste. Beef tenderloin is served medium rare exactly as we ordered and with aromatic butter, though it’s 90€/kg, we were very satisfied with the taste, so it’s worthy of the price. Cheese balls are served with small quantity but we simply love the rich flavour in these cheese balls, they are perfect! Beef liver is the only dish we dislike, it’s over cooked so the texture is rather hard and chewy. The desserts offered are ice cream and mastiha liquor for a good ending. I’d love to visit again. Environment:🌕🌕🌕🌖 Overall a nice dining place and well decorated even in toilet. It would be better if inside the toilet may remain as clean and tidy as the corridor.

Great experience. The owner is really kind and she welcomed us with a big smile like if we were good friends. The staff is so kind that they even offered a drink and ice-cream at the end of the lunch. The food is delicious. I really enjoyed the Sofrito. Highly recommended!

But what truly stood out were the delightful surprises the restaurant had in store for us. Every time we ordered desserts and shots, they were consistently complimentary, making the dining experience even more memorable. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Wonderful experience and a modern take on Greek cuisine. Their starters are the majority of their menu and rightfully so. Larger than traditional tapas style plates, the choices are endless with each dish screaming pick me. I’d highly recommend grabbing a variety of starters if you’re two or more and just sharing. Dishes come fast so take your time between dishes to pick the next one. Wine selection is good and the staff are very friendly and sharp. Only slightly weird thing that had me double check the menu to confirm I was at the right place, were the staff outfits. Forgot to ask but my first impression was that this is going to be a vegan joint (think monks) 😂 I’m sure there are many amazing spots in Thessaloniki, and I’m happy to have been recommended Mamalouka as it was one of the best meals I’ve had whilst here. Highly recommend. Be adventurous and try the bone marrow too if you’ve never eaten it, was one of the best versions I’ve ever had.

The best restaurant we visited during our trip to Thessaloniki! All the dishes were exceptionally prepared and the portions were more than fair for the quality of the food served. I highly recommend the slow cooked beef with truffle mushed potatoes which was so tender you could "cut" it with the back of your fork. The wine list was updated and had options for all balances. On the downside, the place is pretty busy most of the times so a reservation must me made in advanced.

This place is welcoming with its special dishes ranging from sea food to meat and vegetables. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. It is often crowded so it's better to reserve in advance. The only downside we experienced was the payment. We had to wait for over 10 minutes for them to bring the machine for payment. As matter of fact, we had to call two different waiters before they finally brought the machine. For the quality of the food, i still think this place is affordable. They are some free treats at the end if you're interested

Amazing food! We had a very tender and juicy ribs and even the corn was delicious! Service was also excellent, our waitress was very nice and they found us a table even without a reservation.

I must admit, this restaurant has left quite an impression on me. To start, our appetizers arrived promptly within 5 minutes, which was a lifesaver for our hungry group. The quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Sharing the mains with five people was a delightful experience, with each dish being exceptionally fresh. The beer complemented the meal perfectly, and the pasta tasted like it was just made. And, of course, the dessert was the icing on the cake. I genuinely suggest giving this place a try for dinner. Additionally, the restroom facilities were surprisingly clean, which is not something you often find in Greece.

We were here 4 days in a row, and we tried almost everything. I must say that the staff is very friendly and open, food is amazing and delicious. What's more you will get free ice dessert 🍧 at the end of your visit. The prices are exactly as they should be for that kind of quality and taste. If one get’s lured by the installation art interiors ( in fact a gross fusion of traditional and modern elements) then he will probably finish his meal with moderate deafness. There’s a DJ playing a horrible mix of Greek pop love songs (“Laika”) and other undefined genres. The food is simply mediocre and overly touristy, Greek with an unsuccessfully “creative” twist. Avoid by all means the BBQ mix. Typical service.

Lovely pasta 🍝 with 🍤🦐, olives with oil and bread basket 🧺 served at begging, and meal closing with mastika and house ice cream. Not the average Greek place, but a nice place in Thessaloniki culinary landscape. Will be back when in the area

Great restaurant with very nice ambient. Had the breaded squid rings - one of the best I ever eaten. Also the sheep gyros is amazing. For starters don’t miss the home made bread with olive oil and olives. The staff is very friendly.

Some complain that this is a touristy spot, but I’d say it is touristy for a reason. Its style and decor is distinctively local yet classy. The food and the service delightful and the location just about perfect. Yes you’ll pay more here than you would in most other places but if you’re in a mood for a small splurge, I would recommend nowhere else. By the way, their shrimp pasta was sublime. Five stars.

One of the best places ive visited in Thessaloniki. The atmosphere, from the staff’s uniforms to the interior, is amazing. The food is even better and it comes fast. The prices are surprisingly low contrary to what im used to here. I definitely recommend ordering their chickpea salad. The staff is so friendly and welcoming , you definitely feel at home here. The restaurant is equipped with AC, a view of the sea and outside tables aswell. I am really impressed.

One of the best authentic greek food in Thessaloniki. Prices on the upper end and you definitely need a reservation, but it's worth every bite. Fish roe foam, grilled octopus and greek salad, was all perfection. The honey ice from the house was the cherry on the top. Definitely a must!
