    Nice cafe with really tasty dishes! I can suggest the künefe (turkish dessert). The ice cream is really tasty amd the staff was really friendly

    Extremly bad service! The waitress didn't speak English and wasn't willing to ask her colleagues for help. She had no idea what was in the menu card when we wanted to order. Very slow and sloppy service; didn't receive a food menu at arrival, 3 of us sat at the table and only one of us received their food and me and my patner had to wait to receive our food for a long time, then found out she didn't even take note of my order; We ordered 2 omelettes and only received 1, also ordered a frappe coffee and instead received a hot coffee. Additionally, Food was cold and didn't taste great either. The waitress seemed very careless and unapologetic. Would not recommend at all !

    In comparison to Mado Turkey, they are way behind! It is no wonder the place is not crowded at it should They need to pay attention to quality of food and ingredients The menus show items of food that are not available The location is great, staff need more training

    Staff was pleasant. However, it took 10 mins to order, which is perhaps acceptable but 35 minutes until we were served our coffee. We also asked for an extra glass of water that we never got. All that while the cafe was only half full.

    Located right on the promenade, the cafe has a great location and an amazing view! The service was quite slow and we got our orders one by one, with at least 10 minutes in between each other.

    The people working have no clue how to work. The coffee is Jacobs.....! If you want to take some ice cream to go it's fine. But that's it.

    It seems like no one takes care how this place works. This restaurant is about 200 m from White Tower as one of main tourist points in Thessaloniki but staff doesn't speek english, service is slopy and slow. The only thing I ordered here was ice cream. Quantity that you get is large but it tastes gummy and artificial.

    It has a nice bistro atmosphere and a long sweet selection list, but the prices were a bit high. The staff was friendly and eager to explain the various descriptions of the sweets. It also has good list of hot beverages, which was perfect today due to the cold. In addition it has a direct view at the sea. Totally worth returning to try the rest of the sweets.
