We did not have dinner over here, we just stopped by for drinks and to enjoy the golden hour. The sunset was mesmerizing on a clear and crisp day!

We have eaten here for both brunch and dinner. Both meals were fantastic! Brunch was so filling and delicious. Dinner was a pair of excellently composed culinary works of art. The service was top-notch.

Excellent Food & Service, we sat on the 2nd floor overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the entire vibe of the restaurant. The steak was the best we have had since we’ve lived in Europe and the burger was great as well, just a little messy. This was the best meal we had while in Greece.

One of the best steaks I've ever tasted! With delicious, spicy diabolo sauce! We had bruchetta for starters and it was amazing from the first bite! Pricy? Not from what quality they are serving. Food is way more than a five star. We had a waiter who really showed us some great service and were one of many reasons why we came back more than once. This is how good service looks like! Wish more restaurants could look at The Backroom and see how it's done. My favourite restaurant in Greece during our holiday. Will definitely come back some day!

I thought what the f..., I am hungry and want something good to eat and crave for some GOOD meat. Strolling along the boulevard, seeing all these restaurants that look eachother...this one stood out. A very very nice and polite young man with glassds stood outside and saw me go through the menu. He answered my questions nice and polite. So....i decided to go on. I could pick any seat in the house, how nice. Once I sat I decided to order a Cesars salade and a Tomohawk steak! Yeah baby yeah! The salad came and OMG...this was more then i expected. 🫨 after eating this how am i going to finish a 1.2 kilo steak? Hahaha.. yup 1.2 kilo! Anyway....i finished. The steak came with fries and was cut by the waiter! Yummie! I had a party! After i ALMOST ate the whole thing I got some caramel cheesecake. Wow....It barely fit in my belly...afterwards I went upstairs to the private section to enjoy some cappucino and digest a bit.. hahaha. Very nice staff, everything is really nice and the atmosphere is awesome! I really recommend this place! If you go tell them Robert send you😄 Good work guys keep it up!

Really excellent service - the owner was welcoming, the manager gave us complementary coffee (which was the best cappuccino I've had in a while), and we had a dedicated waitress on hand throughout the whole meal. The food itself was super tasty - I recommend the truffle mushroom risotto, to go with the T-Bone steak and their house-made lemonade. Definitely going back!

Marvellous beef steak! Don’t be perturbed by the touristy facade at the front, the ‘back room’ restaurant part - literally at the back of this establishment - is incredibly high quality. They have really great and varied menu which includes around 8 different types of steaks (including 2 smaller ones for petite eaters) and a huge number of other dishes from salads to gourmet chicken pies. The sides and sauces were high quality and varied. The service is incredible, too - the waiter made steak recommendations which were excellent and surprisingly more affordable than the options we’d originally picked (that’s how you can tell he cares about quality rather than a profit!) We will definitely be back!

Best steak in Greece perhaps. They use aged beef from Australia. It’s a little pricey but worth it to those that appreciate a good cute of steak! The portions are very filling. The view from the upper deck is amazing. It’s a nice place to take a date. Most importantly, management goes out of their way to please. The evening manager is especially accommodating!

Reservation was made online, so easy. Service was perfect, very friendly and professional staff. Food was amazing. If you are a lover of a good steak this is the place to be. The view while enjoying your dinner is great, just make sure to sit on the upper floor. Prices were actually very good for the level of this restaurant. I totally recommend visiting.

Tried a Wolf Pie — interesting combination of tastes, didn’t like it much though😅 too sour sauce for my taste. The balcony is very nice, but on the first floor the music is incredibly loud! The stuff was a bit nervous

Good cafe located on the sea side of Thessaloniki. Waiters are really kind. You have a large choice of coffees and beverages. Prices are normal and you have a beautiful view on the sea.

Came here on our first night in Thessaloniki, we got there close to closing but the staff were still very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a cocktail from the Signature Cocktails menu. Snoopy - for the Passionfruit lovers, it was sweet but a bit angry still. For food I got the Caesar Caesar Salad and the Dry Aged Beef Risotto. The Salad was just what I needed to start, the chicken was moist and the pieces were big! The dressing was light but tasty and I added extra Parmesan because cheese 🧀 💕 Now the Risotto… I was defeated but it was sooo good, the beef was cooked so well and flavoured perfectly, there was even some bone marrow in there which was a welcome and pleasant surprise. (added extra Parmesan here too because again, cheese💕) A great first night meal! I went back again on my last day in Thessaloniki for dessert and cocktails. The soufle was rich and chocolatey with a perfect molten centre, not too runny🤤 Will definitely be revisiting in the future.

The meat was good and there is a wide variety of cuts available for kind of eater (from around 300 g to more than 1.5 kg). The t bone and the short ribs were very tasty, but the dry aged beef ceviche was definitely the best part.

Great location if you’re eating on the top floor with a great view (a little warm before sunset though)… tomahawk steak was finger licking delicious and server was great… no complaints would recommend!

Nice location, good food and correct prices for the quality of the cuisine 😉. The waiters were polite, fast & if we had any question or issue, they were more than happy to assist. For 5 people, dinner was around 120€ (food+drinks+tips). I recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👌

If you sit on the upper floor at the balcony you will be able to enjoy more the view of the sea (aka. thermaikos), you'll see the white tower and definitely you'll see the docks. The perfect time is before the sunset because the view is stunning, it's ideal place to drink your coffee or refreshments or whatever you like and relax.

Amazing location with a breathtaking view. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their service. The food is delicious, big sized servings. The salad is absolutely amazing, with a lot of pesto, just the way I like it. After a few-hour-long walk through the city, this restaurant was the best choice! Good job, guys!

We stopped in for brunch and sat outside with the water views. Service was friendly and prompt. We were offered the pancake menu and the sweet pancakes were very rich and filling. Pricing was fair. It was when I went inside to use the facilities that this place took on a whole new view. The interior is quite elegant, absolutely spotless and I imagine, a great place for dinner, especially for groups. Going upstairs there is a veranda with tables that offers a magnificent view. I'll go again just to sit up there because it was magical. Modern, interesting, clean, friendly and affordable.

One of the best restaurants in Thessaloniki. Spectacular meat and the service lives up to the place. Some time ago we had the good fortune to have lunch close to the owner's table, an exquisite person who made us feel at home. Since that day we have routinely returned for both a lunch and an easy cafe. The view of the gulf is also beautiful. Great job!

The view was pretty - perfect for the weekend The food was decent and the portion was really rich and filling. They have a large selection of beef cuts and meat dishes.

Amazing restaurant!! We have been in thessaloniki for 7 days and we came back every day for dinner. The restaurant has a gorgeous view of the sea, The meals are overwhelming, best meat i ever had, large portions and the taste is godlike. The waiters are so kind and nice and their service is just great, thank you so much for the experience, we will definitely come again 😇🙏

Decently good steak BUT nothing is served with the meat, the side dishes must be ordered and they are astonishingly overpriced. Literally 2 small potatoes cut into 4 pieces for over 4 euros! The bottle -squeezed piripiri sauce, which is actually a cheap sweet and sour is also 4 euros! Complete madness thinking this sort of fleecing will continue without a review! Word of caution!!! The tomato soup is COLD and that isn't mentioned. In fact, it's a gazpacho but they don't say ! I turned it away after trying it and they didn't even offer to give me a discount or not charge me. The staff were tired, unhappy and everyone plus the menu were there for money only. Listed in the ten best meat restos in Thessa. Most definitely is NOT!

Good location directly on the waterfront promenade and super friendly staff. Very slow food service though - not sure I've waited this long for pasta and a salad before, which was a major letdown with two hungry kids. However, once it arrived, the pasta was above average - very tasty Bolognese and the creamy chicken and mushroom pasta was really good as well.

Strange Argentinian Cuisine,waiters etc.I do not recommend. The cocktail was excellent,however.

Staff very friendly. Instead of steak house i’d call it a Shisha Bar. Food was absolutely horrible. Just look at the “bruschetta”. That has nothing to do with fresh Italian bruschetta. It was a tasteless cheese pizza on toast.The “Thessaloniki greek salad” was like a cheese cake and no salad what so ever. I wouldn’t feed my dog the steak they serve, not because it was as cold as the chicken with old potatoes my wife had, but it was some gooey sack of warm up meat. Effectively it should be much better for the price, but I guess you pay for the view, not the quality. View was nice upstairs. If you want to eat stay away, for drinks probably oksh.

Very nice place. Has see view, really great food, kindley service and beautifull ambient. Recommend if you wannt to eat something difrent from greek food.

This place is amazing! We had a salad (forgot what kind, but it was 9€), pasta bolognese (10€) and pasta carbonara (12€). The salad was crazy good! With lots of pesto sauce and mozzarella balls sprinkled all over it. The pasta was also good, but extra salt and pepper were needed - the sauce is sweet, I think they put sugar in it. Overall, it was a great experience! Oh, one more thing. The bathroom is at the upper floor, and it looks amazing! There is also a terrace there, but not very roomy.

Amazing atmosphere, very good service , friendly staff, great variety of dishes, the food was excellent, moderate prices, there's no parking around, i would recommend to book a table.

Nice cafe by the sea, busy part of the town so if you like sitting down drinking your beverage with a nice view and watching the people go by, it's a good option. Only bad thing I would mention is that the waiter kept checking on us to see if there's anything empty on our table to take it away
