The service was very bad. With 30+ degrees heat, they brought us warm water. We asked for ice, but they did not have any. A few minutes later 3 girls sit to the table next to us, so they come and take the fan and reposition it so it only fans their table, and not all ours, even though we were next to one another, again fine. The girls then got ice, so I assumed they got the ice and asked again for some to receive the answer that they didnt have any. So when I asked how the other customers got ice they said "we had to ask from another shop", just for them. Its just disappointing to see such service where some customers are obviously treated better than others in this age and time based on appearance. Also, the bathrooms are dirty.

Customer service: waiters are not working with each other. Nobody does what he is supposed to do. One bringing the menu, other one the drink, third one the food. We got spoons for risotto and salad. No forks, no knifes. Also, we had to ask for the salt. When we asked for a glass (for canned juice) waiter replied: "No we don't have glasses for that". Then we have to ask for the straws at least. At the end, they brought the bill which was paper dipped in water. Food was ok, comparing to everything else. Service: 0-1, food: 2-3.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Will NEVER go there again. There were three of us eating. The first of us received his order then 10 minutes later, my husband receives his order. Those two finished before they FINALLY brought mine to me. We also asked for bread (because we ordered Gyros) and the lady acted like she couldn't be bothered. The bread they brought wasn't even Pita, it was a cold hot dog bun. DO NOT go here. Ridiculous! Not to mention, the worker with the big lips taking selfies and smoking Iqos behind the counter. Close this business and open one that actually cares about their customers! A prime location for an unworthy business!!!!!

Ordered Chicken Gyros (meat, fries and sauce) and Pork Gyros (meat, onion, fries and sauce) Food was tasty. I expected more vegetables, but it was fine. There was a lot of meat on the plate so it was good. When asking for a lemonade I got lemon soda drink, but the waiter kindly replaced it with a coke. Good experience overall

The food is almost horrible. Hard chicken and french fries with no taste. Very big prices. Very dirty bathrooms. Also, we have received dirty table forkes.. don't recomend at all

One of the best chicken pita giros I've had, especially considering the low price (3.3 EUR) and on the other hand good location. The meat was soft, crunchy and fresh - never had eaten similar chicken meat in giros in my life. The burger was also very good (I ordered Solomon burger), beef meat and very well prepared with a lot of nice ingredients. The service was not very quick, but that flaw was completely overpowered by the quality of food there.

Overrated for the food they serve. Also the waitress was the exact opposite of a welcoming person.

With half the place empty and 4 waiters running around they managed to take 15 minutes to bring us a plate of tzatziki. The food is good but the place is very badly organized . The guy literally went inside 2 times to check and came back empty handed..

Great food in the middle of the square perfect prices and people, weather is not their fault. Lovely staff, we were a group of 11 and they accommodated. Parking garage nearby 6 euros they valet.

Expensive and despite the fact that it's located in the beautiful Aristotle square, no matter how many times you visit this place throughout the year, they always come up with a poor excuse to avoid giving you a receipt.

Super slow. Impossible to order and when you go inside to try to order there they are rude and tell you that you need to wait to be served outside. 6-7 members of staff run around without actually doing much while people are waiting to be served… and that’s with only 50% of the place full.
