The entrance of the hotel is nice but the rest is very different. The man from the reception 15 October 2018 17:00 o clock was very unfriendly. You have to pay 12 euros per day for the private parking (the hotel has a deal with them) Everything is different then the photos you see. The red from the picture is dark brown and very very old. In the hall the carpets are very dirty. Like they have not been cleaned for years. The room was very dirty. The toilet was not clean, The lamps were almost broken. It was a very bad smell in the room coming from the bathroom. It looks like a 2 stars hotel. Yes, you have a card to enter the door and to use it for the light but this does not mean 4 stars. It is more important to be clean and to have friendly receptionist. The location is ok. I will not recommend someone this hotel.

Plus: historic property, high sculptured ceilings, wide hall with oil paintings, balcony, lots of cafes around, good king-size bed. Minus: humidity that caused smell & spider webs. Hotel needs renovations, especially bathroom. The bathroom door is glass, does not lock and does not even fit into the door box.

An extremely noisy hotel. Soundproof window cannot protect from the sound blasting from nearby bars. The view from the back side is depressing -walls with cables and random air conditioners. Corresponds to on-two star hotel at maximum. Plenty of things not properly working - the toilet flush, elevator had problems. Otherwise, staff is helpful.

Maybe it was a 4 star hotel in 1980. The room looked terrible, all of the furniture is old and on the verge of breaking, the bed was two singles put together with a big lump in the middle of course where the mattresses meet (we booked a double bed) the mattress was VERY unconfortable, there is only air conditioning in the lobby and in the rooms, not on the elevator and not on the hallway, when you get into the elevator you sweat instantly because you go from 19 degrees celsius in the lobby to like 46 degrees in the elevator, also the elevator was very old and when you step into it it goes like 5 cm down, you feel like you are dropping for a second, not so safe. Everything, I repeat, EVERYTHING in the room is OLD and worn out. The windows are not soundproof at all so you hear every car that passes by, if you're a light sleeper like I am then you will definitely not sleep there. DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR EXPERIENCE.

This hotel in Thesaloniki is in a good location. Bus stops are close by and airport transfer bus is available in just 1min. There are plenty of restaurants available close by both greek and international. The location is very safe for woman. I went for an event, solo and I found it pretty safe and accessible in public transport.

One of my favorite 4stars hotel in a town, nice service, friendly people, big rooms also comfortable beds. They upgraded me in a suite and that was amazing with a city view balcony.

You pay for a 4 star but its not even 1 star. When we entered in to the room there was a serious smell like someone just smoked in our face(it was a non smoker room), the bed sheets was thorn apart, the roof it looked like there was a flood last year and never repaired, and the walls and balcony were cracked and no parking place. Definetly not recommended!

It was nice and the staff was kind and helpful except the guy in the reception, he was angry with everyone.( A bottle of parfume fell and broke from the wind in the bathroom and we called for help the reception very politely. We couldn't even step in the bathroom but the receptionist shouted at us on the phone saying It wasn't his fault and he won't help us. After 10 minutes he came like nothing happened and cleaned it, he was telling us how to behave, it was rude and made us uncomfortable.) The breakfast was good. The hotel was also a little bit old so some things didn't work well that is just a detail though, it was good enough for a short stay. And if aren't Greek they treat you better! 😑

An old hotel which used to be good(maybe), is now not well cared with many overlooked details. Cleanliness is bad overall, you can see from the photos how bad the bathroom was. Even their sheets were not the right size for the bed. There is a real management problem here in my opinion. Also, the air conditioner had one setting whatever you do from it's control panel it didn't change. Either you freeze or you stay in hell. Breakfast was average, plates and other dishes weren't clean even the coffee glasses had stains all over. In the common areas there were dead bugs near the window and cigarette buds outside where you can see clearly if you sit at the lounge. It was a cheap stay but it shouldn't be this problematic.

The room quite small for a three - bedded room. There was NO real door in the toilet : there's a glass door, letting you enjoy the other person doing their "job", which does not lock

The hotel has an amazing location, in the centar of the city. Walking to the main square and to the sea is 10 minutes. There are a lot of shops around the hotel. Staff is friendly, they speak English. Breakfast was okay, maybe they could put some more choices but it was delicious. The hotel is pet friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday.

The location of the Hotel is good. Maybe the worst hotel that I have stayed. Definitely not 4stars. The bathroom door is made from glass and you can see almost Clear inside.
