A five star hotel that should have been a three star one. Very bad customer service, tha worst I would dare say. The breakfast is an equivalent to a three star hotel breakfast. The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms very big. The position of the hotel though is the worst if you are visiting Thesaloniki.

Warm, clean room, without any noise from outside. The staff was very polite and helpful. Asked and got a room with a bath tub, which I enjoyed. Restaurant food was great too, I enjoyed the fish very much.

The hotel is located pretty far from the downtown and there are only two bus lines available nearby (Lines 40 and 31).The rooms are comfortable, but a lot of things simply didn't work. The staff was very friendly and correct.A restaurant and a bar are placed in the hotel, but the food and drinks were very expensive.Smoking is allowed only outdoors on a few tables and chairs

Rooms clean and modern, with a good (small) gym. It’s a bit out of town though - a 5 min taxi journey whenever you want to go to the city, and the terrace restaurant food is terrible!

The heat/AC is centralized. You can only control how fast a fan is going in your room. The hotel is nice and the restaurant was good.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a summer event organized by the company I work for. The rooms were clean, there was a big bathroom with a bathtub. Conference room was big enough for around 100 people - great quality of sound and projector. The outsides of the hotel is a little bit scary, there's no easy way to get to the hotel from Macedonia Intercity Bus Station (someone stopped us to go with Google Maps, because the area is dangerous for tourists). In close area to the hotel there are some clubs, a lot of buildings that are abandoned and a lot of stray dogs and cats. The food served was really delicious and a lot of variety to choose from.

Excellent service and amazing dining await you here. However, the room was dimly lit and there were no available outlets (Type-C) for charging devices without unplugging one or both bedside lamps, making it even dimmer. Clean and comfortable in all other regards.

Awful experience. We stayed for just one night to rest on our way to Kefalonia. No rest for us unfortunately. There is a huge techno music outside place just next to the hotel. Extremely loud and heavy music until 3:30am. No matter if you are coming for business or leisure this location must be avoided at all cost. We kindly asked the front desk staff to give us rooms on the opposite side of the hotel. They told us our are in the middle and fine but guess what … we were facing the music directly. The hotel was empty and they still gave us these rooms. Awful awful awful

It’s a nice clean hotel with great breakfast and overall service but not in a good location. Felt like we were on the middle of a deserted commercial area.

Everything is great but localization is poor. You need a rent car or cab. Room was clear. Was quiet in the Room. Breakfast very taste. Lunch too. Free bar in Room.

+ Hotel with excellent food and services. - Located in a brownfield. - Double rooms are relatively small (but the bathrooms were spacious).

The hotel is in a good location, perfect for business conferences and events. The stuff seems to be very professional, food is top notch and the decoration is unique. All over its a good pick up for business events, match makings etc.

The location is a bit remote, but the hotel has a shuttle service free of charge. You can come back on a taxi which isn't expensive. And if you rent a car there's a spacious parking lot right at the door. The staff was super nice and helpful. The only drawback is that the rooftop facilities (pools, bars etc) are closed most of the year despite good weather.

Nice hotel, in the worst location. It was expensive and did not offer good amenities. The gym is cute, but small. We chose this hotel because it indicated it had a spa, but the two-person sauna left a lot to be desired!!! Do yourselff a favor and stay closer to town...

Rooms are good but they did not provide us the asked one. Restaurant is only able to bring you cuttelery and the note of what you orded 55 min ago but you have to wait 40 min more to receive the food. The hotel is placed on a very busy road in an area with no facilities.

Beds were squeaking, but other than that everything was on spot. The staff were helpful cooperative and nice at all times. Only downside was that the shuttle to the city center stops at 17:00, which is a bit too early

Rooms are good, staff is friendly, breakfast is good. But I had issues with the internet. On the corridor in front of the from the wifi is working perfectly, but once I entered the room, the connection became very weak and was lost by the device continuously. Addition: I was staying at the Porto Palace Hotel for more than 3 weeks. Her are some additions to my review: 1. There's no kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee. 2. During my stay, the hotel had groups of teenagers twice. Those evenings were very loud. One "party" night even continuing until 3 am. 3. Even though I asked for a solution for the Wifi issue, there was no action from hotel side at all. At least the reception could have offered me a different room. My personal solution was, to sit near the door, in the floor with my laptop, in order to be able to make video calls.

Delightful hotel in a stunning location. Service was excellent across the board. Staff were warm and attentive. Our room was magical - the views were postcard perfect. Food at the restaurants was exquisite. Would and hopefully will return soon

This place is no where near a 5 star hotel, I would say it’s a 1 star at best. Extremely unprofessional. Calls at 12am to tell me to move bedrooms when I had a big event the next day. Room was average. Staff even more average. I know, you will respond to this review says you would love to have me again, but that will never ever happen. Stay away from this place.

We chose this hotel for our business trip for our cardiology conference-We booked it for 5 nights and since day two we had a terrible experience. The 2nd day the hotel was full of kids running in the corridors, screaming and knocking our rooms door all the afternoon. We were not informed at our reservations that several parties would be taking place during our staying in the hotel. The music was very loud and continuous from afternoon until the next morning making sleeping impossible as the walls of our rooms were shacking and buzzing. Two o’clock in the morning we got moved to another room to get some sleep and we slept only for 4 hours. The next morning the moved us back to our first room. In the afternoon of the next day was the same story again and the reception said the hotel was full and we couldn't be moved to a more quite room. We decided to change hotel. Not a place to relax Not good isolation Some staff helps some others dont care Never again

Helpful and polite staff. Nice enough rooms, clean and comfy. Big breakfast selection. Second time I visited them this year and still no cleaning service in the rooms unless you ask for it due to covid they say. Not 5star attitude.

Very noisy. If you don't like parties and various celebrations - it's not for you. There is the music playing loudly almost every evening until midnight or even longer. If you prefer silence, calmness and good sleep - far be it from you to book a room in this hotel.

We used their conference halls. The hotel is huge offering good quality services. The only disadvantage is the distance from the center as it stands in an isolated place at the far west of the city.

Great beds, and the breakfast was my favorite from my whole trip. The dinner, whoever was cooking meats, should take it easy. Meat was hard. But all else I was happy with

The rooms were really nice, modern and clean. The service is unprofessional and inadequate due to most staff being trainees. Location is out of the The centre which is not an issue but it's smelly and not very safe. The 1 star goes to the pool or better yet the none existing pool. Two small water tanks with hot water. Staff without any idea of how to make cocktails. Just disappointing

Porto Palace Hotel's amenities make up for its location. It is modern, updated, and clean. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet has a wonderful variety of choices. I would choose to stay there again when in Thessaloniki.

Truly an awful experience, the room was pretty bad,the door didn't close all the way the,the cards didn't always work and people could see our room through the gaps in the door and there was no privacy at all.Our window looked in the hallway leaving us no choice but to keep it closed at all times as a result of the room's temperature rising since the A/C only produced hot air and there was no drinkable water in the room to cool off only in the hotels bar but that was very expensive and the shower water had no pressure so it was pretty challenging to rinse of the soap and clean ourselves. The hotels food was horrible and not cooked properly but there was no other choice since there was no food store in close range of the hotel. The manager and the present security weren't helpful and willing to assist us with any problems at all and even threatened us with not letting us enter the bouffe if we were not in the appropriate in their opinion clothing (sandals were not allowed outside the room)and the security always asked us why we were outside our rooms and always gave us weird looks, only the chefs and the staff mempers were helpful and thoughtful.
