Great position, the staff is always available and helpful, breakfast on average for a 3 star hotel. But the rooms need an URGENT AND PROFESSIONAL refurbishment. They are very very small, sometimes with a communication for to the next (noisy), the bathroom is totally inadequate, with the only hung well hidden behind the door, virtually unusable. My room hosted a cube which was the bathroom of the next room (see pics). Also, setting up a space to meet and work could improve its value. I have 2 stars only on behalf of the kindness of the staff.

Great place, nice hospitality ! From the start of the trip (2 nights), we had a quick access to our room. The room was fine, a bit smaller but it had almost everything what we needed. Only thing that should be better is WiFi connection in the whole building. Beside that, we had such a great time, good quality breakfast and beautiful memories. So, if you're searching for a place to stay with a main purpose to explore the city, Kinissi is a perfect match for you.

The hotel located in the center of Thessaloniki and everything is accessible by foot in few minutes. The staff is kind and helpful. The building is very beautiful but old and needs some renewal. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable, but somewhat quited. They have to improve hotel's maintenance. Note that it's kinda noisy, but it's totally accepted because of its location. The only black spot was the breakfast. The hotel was full because of the local marathon race and everything in dinning room had vanished.. even plates, cups, spoons and unfortunately the food. The staff wasn't enough to refill the servings or the utensils, though they ran like crazy. Overall, the staying was good.

This is at maximum a 3 star hotel. Room was tiny, i had a nice view towards a textile manufacturing with a lot of mannequins that scared the **** out of me. The air in the bathroom was unbreathable even with ventilation maxed out. Couldn't sleep. Very very noisy from inner ventilation system and from outside (bad phonic isolation). On the card the hotel had a parking 3 blocks away, but the receptionist said that there is no such thing and pointed us towards another parking lot with 12 euro/day fine 2 euro/hour that was overflowing, the driver that parked the car almost hitting it on a beam. What else to say...oh...no one helped me haul a 20 kg suit up the stairs. Overall...not worth it. For this amount of money you are better off in a villa or an apartment.

I could give 3 stars but I think it is too much: wifi doesn't work properly even though the router for wifi it was installed very closed to our room, the fridge very small, the balcony very small and unrepaired so that it was pretty dangerous to stay in the balcony; the breakfast not very good. The bed was good, while there were no phonic isolation at the window. The bathroom very pathetic, unrenoveted, old. The restaurant inside the 4 starts hotel looked more tavern than a hotel. For sure the hotel deserves 2 stars and not 4 stars, it is over evaluated!!

The reception and attitude of staff are very willing and friendly. However, the rooms have dated carpets. Very small tiny shower that you cant even fit in if you have broad shoulders as well as noisy and not efficient air conditioners make this place not on my list for next time. The wifi speed was also very very slow that I did not bother and used my mobile data instead. On the plus side, its very close to the sea and other touristic areas, so you can enjoy that.

We booked rooms for 5 people in May for 53 euros per night and 2 weeks before the stay they raised the prices to 80 euros per night pretexting that we had changed the booking when requesting to add an extra person! (I would have understood the new price for the extra person but applying it to the other 5 persons from before is called crookery). We promptly cancelled going there.

It did the job for our 2 night stay, but only just. The staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were 3 out of 5. The hotel is "tired" looking. Some decoration would go a long way to cheering it up. It has the potential to be a really good above average hotel. More work needed though.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the Thessaloniki. You can find X1 bus station near the hotel in f you need to go to the airport. Ask for room number 116 it has its own terrace where you can smoke :)

One of the biggest dissapointments ever. They have the nerve to claim it is 4 star hotel. Rooms in bad shape, poor breakfast, indufferent service.

The location was very good ,breakfast very good, but you coul hear the traffic noise to the 3 floor, wifi in the room none so for oane or maxim 3 nights ok. They have parking in the area, 2 streets distance and the price is 13€/24h

Hotel is located very conveniently in the city. touristic spots, Ladadika district, shopping areas are all within few minutes walking distance. Hotel is clean, prices are reasonable. However building us quite old and you may feel its effects on plumbing etc. Also rooms are a bit small.
