There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom and there is also a terrible odor inside the elevator and some parts of the corridors. The toilet cannot flush properly, as the water pressure is low. Room otherwise clean and sheets changed regularly. My first room had a misplaced shower door that was dangerous as it could fall on you. A new room was given to me. The staff was polite and nice, even though they could not solve the problems as they are clearly the management’s fault. Morning food was fairly basic. Beds were comfortable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice place in the centre of the city. Very clean and with good AC, which is absolutely necessary since the centre is so noisy you can't keep the window open. The rooms are a bit small for 3 beds (not much room to move about) but the building is old and renovated so there's not much they can do about it. The bathroom is also small but serviceable. What I didn't like at all was the bathroom door, which is made of glass. I realize it's to save space but it's not the best choice for a family with a kid (we're the average Greek family so bathrooms are a one person private affair). Of course it's a matter of personal choice when it comes to privacy. All in all, it's a nice place to stay in Thessaloniki. Recommended P.S. It was reasonably priced, given the season and location.

I would rate this hotel 3/5. The location was excellent, but overall, it's important not to have high expectations. They assigned me a room on the first floor which was quite humid and lacked windows. The cleanliness was subpar as well.

One night stop. Nothing special and overall was okay 👌. Great position if you prefer to walk a lot. The only thing that I didn’t like was was the room because was way too small for 3 bed. I had the impression that in one large 🛌 room they squeezed another 1 person 🛌 Also the breakfast 🥞 🍳 was very poor on choices.

Good location, lots of paid parking options nearly. Pleasant staff. Clean tower and bathrobes in the room. Overall rating of the hotel at 3. Not cozy, small room with old renovation. Old-style air conditioner that is almost impossible to control. The view from the window on the wall and the ruined houses.

Great price quality ratio in a good location! You are 10 minutes away from plenty of restaurants and bars in the Ladadika District. 24 hours reception and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend if you are not looking to spend too much in the hotel itself and want to explore Thessaloniki!

I stayed for 5 days and I wanted more but they are full. Very good hotel and worth the price. Rooms are very clean and every day they clean the room if you want. The staff are very friendly especially the girls they answer any questions you have and help you. They have a street view balcony. The breakfast is nice and delicious but they don't have alot of different food but it was a nice stay and when I come back to Greece for sure the first hotel I'll see is mandrino hotel. THANK YOU FOR THE NICE EXPERIENCE.

For first time ever I had a room without air conditioning. The explanation from the reception was that they have turned off the central air conditioning system because the temperature was low. On contrary the weather was warm and I desperately needed the AC . Very unpleasant. Never use this hotel again .

Everyone was very kind, especially the girl at the reception welcomed us and settled us quickly. Then she showed us the directions and the restaurants nearby (we visited Thessaloniki for the first time). The housekeepers cleaned every day, changed the bed linen, filled the bathroom with supplies and put clean towels. It was extremely warm, cozy. I am very satisfied with the location of the hotel, a very accessible place to all the sights of the city.

The location is good. They don't have a parking, but you can park near the hotel, with 20 euro per night. The camera is small, suitable for transition. Also, it is very noisy. You can here the next door neighbour's alarm Clock or the other doors slamming. The bathroom is very small, smells bad and it needs some repairs.

Perfect place for short stay. Rooms very clean (quite small although but perfectly adequate even for my 1.93 body)

Very good hotel located near the center of Thessaloniki. Small rooms but cozy and very comfortable. Also very clean. The parking is located at 3 minutes walking and it costs 15 euros / day. The hotel is very good especially if you are in transit.

Central, friendly and comfortable. Bathroom could be fixed up but I am always happy to stay here when in town.

Normal hotel in the central. Room very small, furniture a bit runned down. Beds were okish. 10 mins walk to some restaurants and supermarket close by.

Rooms are too small. Nothing was provided in the fridge and the hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. The choices of food for breakfast are so limited. This hotel is good enough for someone looking for a cheap place to stay for a night or two

We had a nice stay while we were transiting to another destination. The reception is really nice and friendly. The rooms have a nice, pleasant design, although some are a bit unstable (like the curtain falling if you move it too much, bathroom issues, some beds you should put yourself slowly on them). Nothing too worrying if you are staying a short time, and you would probably get help if something goes wrong. Breakfast is moderately good and has a nice view to the street in the morning, a nice vibe. Location is close to all of the restaurants and bars.

Nightmare. Noisy rooms and corridors, dirt and dust inside the rooms. we could not sleep from the noise of the cleaners who did not bother to keep at least a bit of silence in the morning. Totally ignorant. Location near the center is the ONLY advantage. Otherwise a complete disaster. We received an apology at the reception on our way back, at least from this perspective there was some attention

Even though we prepaid for breakfast, the employee in the reception told my colleague that he had to pay extra for it since it was not included in the booking, so he decided not to take breakfast there and pay the extra 5€ per day. When we called the hotel and told them that they mistakenly told us that breakfast was not included and asked for a refund of the breakfast for the entire stay, they told us that they did not tell us such a thing and that we are obviously lying. Despite our efforts, they just told us that it was our fault that they will not refund anything. Totally unacceptable behavior and poor customer experience. Bonus: You can not sleep at night due to the sounds from the cars passing by. The windows are really thin and you can hear everything.

The worst hotel of thessaloniki. Bad attitude of reception and staff. Bad smell of towels, no closets, used to be good. We asked to contact the manager and they didn't want us to speak with the manager. Please to have a good trip i highly advice you to not stay at this hotel not even walk by it.

Overall I had a very pleasant stay the room was clean and the staff in the lobby was helpful except this particular person that turned my life in hell. She never allowed me to enter the room 20 minutes before check in even though I had informed her about my exams which were at 4pm to enter university and I had told her that I was traveling for 5 hours. Apart from that she never bothered to search if the room was ready as an excuse she told me that it was due to COVID-19 safety but meanwhile over my 2 night stay I was never asked from the specific for my safe pass whereas the other employees of the hotel asked for it. She is such a rude unhelpful person and I believe she is inappropriate for the position she is holding ( in the breakfast room a lot of people where saying the same thing)

Nice and clean hotel with minimalistic furniture. Fantastic location with a paid parking very nearby. Decent breakfast. Good value for money.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel during our recent visit. The staff was really kind and helpful for everything we asked them. The room was very clean and renovated. We also enjoyed our coffee and breakfast in the cozy cafe on the ground floor.

Great location. The room wasn't great, but the matress worked wonders for my sleep. Close to action also means a bit noisy, but I slept like a log.

+ The hotel is positioned in the city centre + They have a collab with some private parkings so you can leave you car in a safe place during your stay + The staff is nice and friendly + It is cozy and clean + We got exactly the room we chose..like.. the same one from the pictures - There was no closet space in the room - The street noise was way too loud

Very clean hotel in the old centre of Thessaloniki with nice design. Plus, delicious breakfast with local delicacies and very friendly staff. Ideal for digital nomads too, there's a nice room with comfortable seats and relaxing atmosphere. Recommending 100%

The location is very close to the center of the city and the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel tho feels claustrophobic and the architecture and interior design are mentally misguiding, I felt like i was in purgatory. There is a shadow floor between the first floor and the base level. I had the same consecutive nightmare two days in a row of being stalked and the beds are so bad that when i tried to get closer to my wife i fell between the beds. If you want to have a memorable experience i recommend this hotel. If you want to relax book a different hotel.

The rooms were quite comfortable, even though the toilets were a bit too small. The staff was really kind and welcoming. However, the breakfast was a bit mediocre. Overall, though, the experience was pleasant.

The room was ok size for a short stay. The location is great, in walking distance to the port and other city center activities. The hotel has an elevator and our room was with a terrace. The room was clean with extra pillows provided if needed. The bathroom was a bit small with a shower. Towels and bathrobes were provided as well as shower gel and shampoo, soap l, toothpaste and toothbrush... There was a tv, fridge and a safe inside the room. We were there for two nights and they cleaned the room every morning. I am satisfied with the service and if I am back in the city I believe that I will choose the same hotel again. The reception was nice and helpful as well.

We only stayed for a night, the room was 804 which was ok but the toilet had a horrible smell like mold. Also there was bad sound insulation. The location of the hotel is really good and the service also with a friendly staff. Though I would never go back. ✌️

Good location, decent and clean room, good service. Huge problem, the old(?) a/c which made extreme noise when starting, and even more extreme when stoppung, like a tractor. This would wake us up if sleeping. First night was very difficult because of this, as we had to have A/c on because it was rather hot, and could not leave balcony door open because of street noise. Second night we closed a/c to sleep, but it was very warm and it was difficult night too. Also when a/c was running, only adjustment via temperature, but problems with on/off as explained. If keep it say at 20 deg.C so it is on all time, it makes also a lot of noise vecause there is no fan control!!! Managers should really fix this huge problem. Stayed in 4th floor, room with balcony, beginning August 2022.

The room I was staying was very good and cleaned. The bed were very comfy, and they were cleaned every day. I was staying in the 7th floor and the view from the balcony was amazing. The girls at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Last but not least the location is very close to almost everything. Highly recommended.

The location is good. We are staying at the first floor. The rooms/doors are poorly insulated. We could clearly hear Toilet Flushers, hair dryers, phone calls from inside other rooms, morning alarms and people walking in the corridor. Furniture a bit runned down Dirt and dust inside the rooms and at the terrace. Cooking smells at the terrace and almost impossible to sit there. Bathroom smells ugly. Poor breakfast.
