Pros:
~
The
bellboy
as
well
as
the
personnel
who
was
asking
for
our
names
during
breakfast
were
very
nice.
~
Breakfast
had
a
good
range
of
selection
~
The
rooms
were
cleaned
every
day
~
There
was
a
balcony
and
a
sliding
door
I
could
open
every
night
to
get
some
fresh
air
~
The
receptionist
on
my
last
day
was
also
nice
and
friendly
Cons:
~
My
parents
checked
in
at
another
5
star
hotel
nearby
and
everything
looked
very
different
from
more
spacious
rooms
to
better
looking
lobby
as
well
as
more
accommodating
personnel.
~
On
my
second
day,
I
complained
about
the
balcony
door
that
couldn’t
be
closed
and
I
know
it
was
all
just
in
my
head
and
I
was
on
4th
floor
and
yet,
I
struggled
to
sleep
at
night
feeling
a
little
unsafe
because
even
after
asking
the
receptionist
for
a
check
up,
nobody
came
to
do
so,
nor
I
wasn’t
asked
to
move
rooms.
~
For
a
5
star
hotel,
the
bathroom
wasn’t
looking
all
too
5
star~
ish.
the
toilet
was
way
too
old
fashioned
and
it
wasn’t
flushing
properly,
there
was
a
window
that
I
couldn’t
have
opened
on
my
own
because
I’m
literally
just
4’11
in
height,
the
bathtub
where
I
couldn’t
take
a
bath
in
as
the
drain
couldn’t
be
closed
completely,
the
shower
curtain
wasn’t
waterproof
so
I
guess
the
cleaning
lady
needed
to
dry
it
everyday.
~
I
suffer
from
Dermatitis
hence
I
needed
cool
air
every
night
but
the
air
con
couldn’t
be
turned
on
yet,so
I
had
the
balcony
door
opened
every
night.
Good
thing
I
don’t
mind
the
noise
or
else
I
would
have
gone
crazy…
All
in
all,
I
couldn’t
give
this
Holiday
Inn
a
5
star
neither
a
4
as
I
didn’t
really
feel
like
it’s
worth
it.
I’ve
been
to
other
“3
star
hotels”
that
looked
way
better
than
here
but
it
was
still
a
good
experience,nevertheless,looking
past
all
that.
