I am truly at a wonder why this is categorized as a 3* hotel. It should at least be 4! Stefanos (the manager) is truly a one person wonder. No task or issue is too big or too small for him. Yes the rooms are small, and yes the lift is one person only, however the low price coupled with the location (absolute center) makes this a true value for money. We had 2 families on a trip with 4 rooms booked between us and even though we had a few minor issues, all were resolved in time we returned for the afternoon rest. Would definitely recommend both to family travelers and business people alike who need a city location to stay in.

I think we must be very clear about the type of accommodation. This is a budget hotel, conveniently located in the cent of Thessaloniki, a 5-minutes walk from Aristoteles Square. If you're looking for fancy amenities, please look elsewhere. The street itself is not attractive (like any small side street in Thessaloniki) but generally safe. Staff is very gentle and professional, the building itself is old but the rooms have been renovated, Wi-Fi is working fine and the breakfast buffet is definitely more than acceptable. If you need a place to stay while visiting Thessaloniki without expecting luxury but simply all you need to make your stay pleasant, this is the place for you. Booking on the hotel website is the best option: 38 euros / night with breakfast for a single room but with double bed. Rooms and common spaces are clean and all the safety measures are enforced.

it's an affordable hotel in the city, it's got high ceiling rooms and great service but the elevator situation is unfortunate. no wheelchair accessibility anywhere in the hotel!

I totally loved this place - it's exactly what a non pretentious, but budget friendly hotel should be. The hotel is mostly touted for its budget but its history stretches back a full century to when it was built to replace an even older hotel that was lost in the fire of 1917. The rooms and corridors feature high, ornamented and guilded ceilings with old nooks and crannies and tons of character - but everything functional (tv's, AC, Bedding, Keys, closets, etc) has received a wonderful modern upgrade. Plus it's right in the heart of town and very affordable - if you do find somewhere slightly cheaper it's definitely worth a couple more euros a night to stay here. Arguably the best part are the two wonderful guys who you'll find running it - and I honestly can't decide whether I like Stephanos or Dimitris more. Ask them about anything - whether it's about a service you need, be a travel recommendation, or just their take on the towns history, and they're genuinely happy to help. One thing I might recommend would be bringing some shower sandals - the utterly spotless bathroom floor did get a bit wet when I would shower. Generally this is an excellent place and I wish I could find more like it!

The hotel is old but renovated. Our room was small, though clean. You should keep in mind that they have a small elevator and to get to it you have to go up some stairs. But at that price it is really good and the location is perfect too.

I stayed here for a few nights. The hotel and rooms were clean and I had good sleep there. The room was pretty basic. It's centrally located and I was able to walk around to see the sights. It's also easy to reach from both the airport and the regional bus terminal. The staff were helpful and kind.

Plus: Location and staff are perfect. I have been in a lot of hotels, but the staff in this hotel is the best. Especially 2 guys working in reception are very kind and ready to help you every time. At the same time the room cleaners are very smile and kind. Cleanness is normal. Location - is perfect. Minus: Old interior, broken bath.

Central place, very close to Aristotel Square, good bus connection from and to the airport (bus 1x, around 40-50 minutes/2Eur, taxi also available but probably around 15-20 Eur). The hotel room is small but clean. The towels are changes daily, even if the tourist does not leave them on the floor. The staff is very polite, smiling, helpful. Breakfast is a little bit more modest, not much variety, basic but still fits within the 3star ranking of the hotel. If you want to stay there, do not forget your slippers, preferably plastic bathroom/beach shoes. The curtain of the shower is shorter and water may splash around. But the photos on the website "show" this, so it was not such a big surprinse, yet a bit uncomfortable and dangerous because the floor get really slippery.

Very kind and helpful receptionist! Give him a raise! He even left his parking space for me to park in! Rooms are clean and okay-ishly spacious.

Love the place! Nice small breakfast in the morning. The clerk helped us with taxis, restaurants, food delivery and got water for free which is always super cool. The staff are super kind!

The staff ia very rude !!! Be careful, the guy with glasses started to yelling at me because i told him they don’t informed me about the parking (they don’t have a parking lot) they canceled my booking there because i told him i will leave a review about the parking !!! VERY RUDELY !!!

I leave 1 star because I have to leave something. The guy with the glasses really rude. I wouldn't recommend. The only good thing about this hotel is the area around. 5 mins walk to Aristotle square, food and bars around. But please stop being a*sholes to your customers.

Excellent value hotel. Very impressed with the covid precautions in place, owners very friendly, you can tell it's a older hotel but it adds to the charm of visiting Thessaloniki. Great value!
