Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed our staying. The staff is very friendly. The room though is tiny. The toilet is incredibly narrow and the shower doesn't close so regardless of how much you try water goes everywhere in the bathroom but also in the actuall room... This is something that they should find a way to fix it...!

I've heard some people had problems with their rooms, but my room was great, small but clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was also good. Some smaller issues are bad soundproofing, no shower doors, etc.

Close to center. Great people working there . The staff is really amazing . The breakfast is very simple but good enough. The place is clean a little bit outdated but it doesn't matter . As the hotel is very quiet which is the most important thing in an hotel to get a good night of sleep after enjoying the day and night. And for that . That's a 5 star review

Practical and comfortable room. nice breakfast. The place is very well situated. There is 24/7 cafe on the left corner of the hotel. The hotel stuff were friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well. The room smelled bad and a little bit small.

A little walk from the centre and attractions but still convenient location

Unfriendly owner,had to wait for him during check in because of his personal reasons,he was never in the hotel in case you needed him to change the sheets or to bring clean towels,there is no heating and the room and bathroom are not clean at all,he charged for the towels that were used,not a good experience would not recommend it to anyone.

Been there 1 week ago. The receptionists and all other staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The hotel is close to the City Center and all major attraction. The breakfast was the same, but in the end you don’t go to Greece to spend time and eat in hotel, with so many tavernas and restaurants in the area. For sure, strongly recommend

First if all Thessaloniki surprisingly does not offer good hotel accommodation. One of higher priced and supposedly 'better' options ended up to be the worst and most expensive hotel during our one week country hopping travel. Rooms were tiny and out of 70's, with plastic curtain showers with leaking water, hot water came and went. Lost hot water when taking shower. Hotel's understanding of Covid measure was wearing nylon gloves when handpicking food, in a tiny room, at it's packed corner. Staff was less than friendly. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel is great! The stuff are so nice and considerate, there is a great breakfast included, nice room with private bathroom, great shower with hot water, located just outside the city center and close to the train station. Overall, great value for the money!

Correct hotel. Nice people. Not very large breakfast buffet. I requested an invoice through email when I was back home and the were kind enough to send it. The only problem is that the air conditioning is quite noise. It becomes difficult to sleep if you do not request the hotel to switch it off.
