It's free but nerow and space is not guaranteed 1/5 (trafic in Thessaloniki is horrific) - hotel is near the City center and some nice restaurants and caffes 5/5

In the Booking description it said that it is pet friendly, but when I arrived there with my 7 month labrador, the lady at the reception told us that if the dog is above 10 kg, we need to keep him in crate all the time including when we are in the common areas. This is the first time I hear about such a rule and I have been with my dog in different hotels and never had such a poor experience. Misleading and unfair policies. Beware!

They gave me smallest room I ever had, but at the end it was perfect. The stuff is making this hotel grate. They are so nice, cooperative, they do everything with a smiley. I asjed for a pillow - in 1 minut I got it. I asked for boiliing water - in 1 minute they gave me. The room was always clean. The breakfast is amazing, they have Greek selection of food. Everything was very good.

Update with a reply : I was never offered a bottle of water and the answer was go to the nearest open shop to buy . I would have definitely accepted to pay 1.5 eur if he offered. You told us you will call us back as per the noise but you never did . I even told the front desk I was pregnant but not even that was taken into consideration. Such an unprofessional way to even lie on your reviews . Review : I am extremely disappointed with our stay at Domotel Olympia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an overwhelming amount of noise coming from the next-door room. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff at the reception, they were dismissive and unhelpful, claiming there was no one staying next to us and even asking for the room number – as if I should be aware of other guests' whereabouts. After multiple attempts to communicate the issue, we were promised a call back regarding our room change request due to personal health reasons. Unfortunately, that call never came, leaving us stuck in a room that not only reeked of plastic but also had a leaking shower, resulting in unpleasantly damp conditions. To make matters worse, the towels provided had an unbearable stench post-shower. In the evening (around 23:00) we asked the reception for a bottle of water . But OFC they did not have any water by the reception and he could not bring one from the bar cause it was closed . We were suggested to walk 10 min to a shop to buy . Whole hotel not having a bottle of water that was another nice surprise . The only silver lining of our stay was the breakfast, which was a small consolation for the multitude of problems we encountered. There is no parking not even to unload your luggage . On the top of the cake we got some cake or food on the door of the room the next day . I assume from the next room “ that no one stays” Ultimately, we had no choice but to endure these unacceptable conditions for the duration of our one-day stay. Upon check-out, I mentioned the issues to the receptionist, who inquired if we had previously reported the problems. Frankly, I am appalled by the suggestion that I should have dedicated my limited time to addressing their maintenance and service shortcomings. I made a single request for assistance during our stay, and the complete lack of response or support from Domotel Olympia is utterly disappointing. I will not be returning, nor can I in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Decent room for a decent price..breakfast is a good included advantage. Staff is polite and helpful. No real parking area available unless you wind your way to a pay parking at 14 Euro per day. Surrounding streets of Thessaloniki are flooded with parked cars..this is the reality !

Stayed here for one night. The room was clean but small. It was good value and a great location central to all the main sights. Unfortunately when we ate breakfast both of us were very sick when we went back to our room straight after so think it may have been scrambled eggs that made us sick so giving 2 stars because of this!

It was stay without staying! We had very bed experinece during the check in (it was after midnight), the guy did not want to solve the mistake that was made by booking, did not want to give us a room (that we already payed), we spent 2 hours (around 2 o’clock in the morning) at the reception arguing with him, lot of (very) unnecessery questions due covid 19 status (for example do you have AIDS, etc?!); GDPR concerns! At the end we booked another hotel in the middle of the night and end this nightmare! The worst experience ever!

Quite place near the city center with many restaurants in the area. We had a room on the 7th floor with a big terrace with a sea view. Overall the room size is small but has all amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. Bed and pillows are comfortable and there is a public parking for 13€ per day in about 5-7 minutes walk. Breakfast was delicious so we will definitely come back.

Pleasantly surprised!!! The hotel was very clean and updated, although rooms are a bit small in size. The staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet provided a good variety! The advantage is the location very central located within walking distance of shops Caffè and sites! Parking is an issue anywhere in town!

Rooms: they are very small; it depens on your travel interest in order to categories this as good or bad. For us the size room was sufficient as we visited the town mostly and arrived only for sleep and shower. As negative point, we found ants almost everywhere in the room and in the bathroom. There is no parking. The receptionist will give you a location where you can park on a discount. That parking is very small and you have to leave your keys to the parking man to move the cars as in Tetris 😀 It was not an option for us. Therefore we parked on the road, between the white lines (the blue lines are for residents).

Great hotel for transfer. Not too big rooms, but very well equipped. Nice services and a simple but good breakfast. You need to keep the balcony door and windows close, because it is a little bit traffic noise.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and nice room with a balcony. Everything is in the walking distance from the hotel. There is no parking on premises but there is a garage that you can park as a hotel guest for 13€ a night, garage is 3 minutes from the hotel . Breakfast was excellent. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

We've got scammed by the taxi transfer by the hotel. They said 25€ but the taxi driver charged 27€

After a much needed renovation it starting to look and feel like a modern hotel , let's see how it will be once it's fully finished, the stuff is amazing and very helpful.

A lovely hotel, really good service the staff were all friendly and helpful. It has comfortable modern rooms with a balcony but no USB outlets in the room so bring a adapter. The area is about 20 mins walk from most popular landmarks but taxis are cheap and the front desk are happy to help.

Central location close to the city center, good breakfast. Rooms were ok, we only stayed for one night. Staff was friendly but could have been a but more helpful with the bags.

Central location with only minutes from Aristotle's Square and the "must do" stroll around the seaside. Nice and clean rooms and breakfast area. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism. Definitely "value for money"!

Great hotel, really enjoyed our stay! Renovated and sparkling clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with great variety. Super friendly staff who helped us with anything we asked for. Very professional service, absolutely worth the money! Also very close to the sights of the city, pretty much walking distance. The only downside was parking. The hotel provides 5 spots on the street for the guests, which quickly get full. However, they recommended us a private underground parking lot, which had valet service. We didn't really trust valet service, but it worked (although we left the car there full of stuff, nothing got stolen) - Karavan Sarai Parking Lot / 12 euros until 1 p.m., afterwards 1 euro/hour.

Domotel is a great choice for a centrally located hotel in Thessaloniki. The rooms are very clean, sufficient in space and have good mattress/pillows for a relaxing sleep. The service is excellent and the breakfast served has good variety and quality.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel for 4 days. The rooms are comfortable and provided everything we needed. Very clean in the hotel and every day room service provided. Very nice service created a family atmosphere. Best Staff ever! We loved the restaurant food, delicious and big portions. Worth choosing this hotel. Very good price for such a good service! Close to the harbor. Can not wait to come back to Domotel Olimpia!

Excellent room and very very clean. Excellent service discrete and polite. Excellent food. The location was quiet and central feeling the real Thessaloniki culture and air. Nice traditional food areas in the neighbourhood. After a real tiring day at work I had an excellent good sleep.

We booked a room for one night and we wanted to extend our stay one more night, first night we paid by booking 85 € , than the personel second shift was very very polite told us that room will cost 75 €, but we got very confused when we asked in the morning that same room that we were actually staying costs 95 € !! I will give 5 stars because we wanted to cancel our second night and they didt charge anything.

Very good hotel near the Roman Forum, old churches, the shopping streets and Aristotelis square. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff so kind and helpful! We had a rich and tasty breakfast, served by a very kind staff who made our day begun well. And in front of the hotel is a family restaurant with the best food I ever tried in Thessaloniki! This was one of the reception guy’s recommendation, and we must thank him for it! We definitely will come again in this hotel!
