The receptionist tried to change the price when it came to pay and when i show him the email just try to make an excuse the sheets was dirty with oil when we came and we find a bug in a toilet when it needed to use it the location is very close in the train station but the place have high criminality the only good about our visit was the breakfast that it was good

Cleanness is very bad. Not just in this hotel, in whole Greece. But in hotel you will see dirty wall not painted totally(60% painted 40% not) but food is great and stuff is great but there is one Key reason I give them 1/5 THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOT ITS COLD AS ICE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE SHOWER FOR 3 DAYS.

Situated about a 40 minute walk from the main part of town this is a basic hotel. There the rooms are clean and simply furnished. There is a safe which couldn’t be used unless you removed the Bessie table so the door could be opened. There is a fridge, soap bars and shower gel. The bed is firm and comfortable. I specifically asked for a nonsmoking room but was put on the top floor in a smoking room and could be moved as the hotel was full. The room didn’t smell as there is a balcony on which smoking takes place. There is a nice view of the hills. The top floor is very close to the lift mechanism and I couldn’t sleep until everyone had settled for the night. The staff member who registered us was very grumpy. The other staff seemed pleasant. Must have had a hard day. The breakfast is ok. There is a restaurant and room service is available

Exceptionally friendly staff, clean rooms and low prices compared to other hotels near the same area.

A slightly old hotel, but I do not agree with the negative comments of some guests, because: - The staff was very friendly and professional - The cleanliness was at a good level - Breakfast was also rich and qualitive And finally, to all those who in the future plan to spend the night in this hotel I recommend not to fall under the influence of negative comments, because the price in relation to the quality is reasonable.

Overall a good hotel. Excellent value for money. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and generally ok. Breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel could use some maintenance/repairs as there are a few minor things that need attention.

Mediocre hotel within walking distance from the city's railway station and at some distance from the city centre and places of interest. Very few parking places usually taken over. Reception staff is polite. There is only one very small lift which takes ages to come. It is also extremely noisy with loud bang noises heard all over each floor that prevent from sleeping. The rooms are so small that claustrophobic people should avoid this place altogether. Tiny bathroom with a basic shower, water pressure and temperature of the water was good. A good size balcony but at a higher level from the room so be careful when moving in and out of it. The room was adequately clean, there was a small fridge and a small desk with a chair. Free internet, no coffee making facilities.This hotel it seems to be preferred by school students on their yearly week long school trips. During every day of our stay there were rowdy students shouting, singing and making all kinds of loud noises till 5:00 am. We were unable to sleep at all at night and the situation got so worse we had to move to another nearby place. Adding to the constant noise was the maddening sound of their lift 24/7 for which you need good earplugs to tolerate . Brrakfast was OK. Conclusion : Due to the constant loud noise and the very small size of their rooms I would not recommend to anyone to stay here unless he is a teenager on his school trip or for some reason needs to be very close to the RR. Many more and better choices nearby. In my oppinion if it is listed for more than €30 just avoid it alltogether

Nice hotel, kind people, good service. Small parking, but you can park arround for free. Some room are on road side and in the morning you hear traffic.

Rooms were okay but most tv functions were blocked and furniture looked dirty and old. Other than that, the breakfast was included and it was very rich and good

Small hotel in center of city. Clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. We will repeat on first next occasion!

The furniture in the rooms is worn, it is not as beautiful as in the pictures. However, for a stopover on a long drive, it's fine.

I gave 3 stars only for the breakfast..the rest is a simple hotel..

Very basic room. Basic bed with 2 pillows. Old elevator which can only fit about 3 people. Bathroom was a bit average. Shower could do with upgrade. Need to hold shower head. Breakfast was average with a range of cold meats and cheese, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. Hard boiled eggs only. Not too bad location with 15 min walk to large variety of shops and restaurants. Very close to main bus terminal. I would recommend if you are looking for a basic overnight stay.

It is a good place to stay in if you are passing by. The room was clean and staff very nice and at breakfast it seemed to have enough options to choose from. The view is beautiful if you reach an upper floor. Nevertheless I would not recomend it if you want to stay multiple days as it is situated in a crowded intersection - even at night ,so it is kind of difficult to rest. Also, there are limited parcking spots and due to the area it might be difficult to find one on the street. If you want to walk around you might not feel safe as the neighbouthood is kind of shady, it takes 25 minutes on foot to reach the seafront.

The room is not clean and the bathroom has some kind of water leak all over the floor.

A little bit noisy because of the noise from the street but the rooms are exactly as they described them also they have an unbeatable price!]

Enjoyed my time at the Hotel and staff were supper friendly. Albeit under renovation which made the reception/lobby looks really small.

Friendly personnel, good bed, decent breakfast.

We stayed there for one night - as transit during our roadtrip. The room was large enough and the staff was super nice! But, the bathroom in our room had a lot of infiltration marks and the window would not open. It is indeed a low cost hotel so nothing to add there. I recommend this as a transit option really.

Actually it’s a very mediocre hotel. Kind of ok for one night but not suitable at all for long staying. Not the cleanest hotel, the breakfast is a joke, and staff is always grumpy.

I want give a thumbs up to the staff of Rotonda hotel, who were kind enough to inquire about our situation after our late check-in got postponed due to inconvenience on the road. Its rare to find such reactive service.

Good basic low cost hotel. My room was clean and large.

The photos don't really show the correct picture. Our room was old with old furniture. Bathroom too, not to mention an old, dirty shower curtain, terrible. Sheets and towels were clean, though. The door of our room could not close properly and there was so much noise coming from the hallways. We couldn't sleep half the night because we kept hearing the elevator going up and down and the other hotel guests running, yelling and screaming in the hallway. Breakfast was ok. Parking could be a big problem because there are only few parking places, we were lucky because there was one place left, but the guests arriving after us probably didn't have where to park.
