Beware of the thieves in this hotel! Our two jackets were stolen. We came a little bit to early and therefore left our luggage and the jackets in a room which was locked up. When we returned back for check-in, both jackets were gone. We asked the receptionist, but he told us that something like this had never happened before and that he couldn't do anything about it.

Do not recommend. This is the first hotel i've ever left prematurely, despite no refund. Main reason: noise was unbearable. One third to half of rooms are situated facing one of Thessaloniki's few busiest boulevards. Noise was almost as bad at 3am as it was during rush hour. We tried closing the windows to avoid the noise - wasn't much help. Turned on the AC for some air, but it was blowing directly in our faces on the bed. We tried opening the windows late at night, as air was stale inside, only to be eaten alive by mosquitoes during the night - no nets on either terrace. This led to us waking up several times durimg the night. Rooms needed renovation several years ago. They did not smell clean. Bathroom was as big as the bedroom, not exaggerating here - no space to open a suitcase on the floor. Two terraces included in the room - none had a chair, table or ashtray for smokers. Breakfast was disappointing - little choice, not tasty. Coffee machine was gunky. Not worth the additional cost, we recommend going outside for coffee/breakfast. Staff was friendly - only reason hotel is receiving more than 1 star. Regardless, hotel was full and they couldn't move us to another room (not facing the boulevard). They did not offer any compensation, apology for the inconvenience or solution to our issue - despite the fact my wife was visibly 7 months pregnant. You could tell by their faces this wasn't the first time this was happening. We do not have high standards/expectations, yet this is the first hotel ever that did not meet them

Location of the hotel is fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the harbor, 10 minutes walk to the main bus/rail station, and approx 15 minutes to the City center. Rooms are incredibly clean, you will get clean towels EVERY DAY, and clean sheets every two days. Everything looks fantastic, beds are very comfortable. You can check in late (which was super important to us since our bus arrived at Thessaloniki around 10pm) and check out time is reasonable (noon). Breakfast is also included in the price, however we didn't like it too much.

Good location and the staff is mostly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in general quite old but the room was clean. No breakfast served in common areas as it was only delivered to the room for Covid restrictions.

We stayed for the night, but will not recommend it. You pay for breakfast but there is not even scrambled eggs nor decent coffee. Horrible shower/bathroom and microscopic tv. This is not the place to charge up for the night.

Located in a very busy street and you can hear the streetnoise inside. Rooms are small, but daily cleaning is very good. Friendly and helpfull staff.

On the good side: location close to main attractions, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean, balcony and amenities in the bathroom. On the no so good: small room, a/c not working well and noisy, noisy street, no parking available close by, curtain too short in the bathroom so water all around when taking a shower. Equivalent to a 2 stars in Spain

Well, I guess the lower price justifies the lack of properly hot water in the morning and evenings, or at least on the 5th floor. The hotel should fix this, I wouldn't book again because of this, I ll rather pay more to actually have a better stay. If the hotel gives me some money back, I ll modify or delete this review.

The best thing of this hotel was the location. The room was very very small, the receptionists were all the time speaking on the telephone. The breakfast was served in a box in the room due to covid-19 and was very poor for the price paid ( compared with the other hotels around)

The hotel air-conditioning was leaking filling water all over the floor the room was very expensive 255 pounds on 6 days the cleaners was weird knocking the door and ask you to enter to clean while they know you are inside the toilet smells and the toilets in 6 days never cleaned the location was gd and that's it all about the TV is very old Telefunken brand who knows from retrospective era 2000s nothing special

The beds are good, and the A/C was also not bad, but the rooms are so small and the door to the toilet was build bad and it has a small hole that is disgusting, also the paper holder was terrible very sharp, it shredded the paper so you had many flakes on the ground. Its good for people who just want to be near the centre of the city and if you dont have any standard's its good. You need to be lucky for a good space out of the room cuz if you are unkucky you get one on the backside and have a look to an ugly wall. All in all its a 2/5 :) but who says other rooms are not better, so try your luck.

My stay at Aegeon was short but very comfortable. The staff was efficient, my bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The hotel is right across from the bus station, which was very convenient as well.

You can stay there because it is close to the City Center. But there is no breakfast. İt is a cheap hotel.

Close to the center 5’ to Aristotelous sq. And 10’ to white tower by foot. Clean room helpful staff. Around the hotel you can find restaurants, cafes fast foods. Outside there is a bus stop that goes to the airport including the night line (1X and 1N). I highly recommend it and I will stay there again when I visit Thessaloniki.

Valid for location and value for money paid. Reception service at a satisfactory level, while the room has basic services.

It is good for a one night stay. It is clean. Room was small, bathroom was small but very tall. Our window had another building in front of it to a few meters so no light. You should mention that you don't want such a room when you book

A comfortable and clean city hotel. Staff at Reception and for Cleaning is friendly and helpful. Room to inner courtyard is quiet, no street noise. Garage Parking around the corner at Parking Alexandros for 12 € per night (24 hours). Minus point: Breakfast due to Covid measures was without coffee.
