This hotel represents everything that is wrong with the traditional hotel sector. Hugely overpriced, no breakfast, old, dirty, not renovated. Receptionist is snubish and rude. We found out that the hotel has a privately owned parking, which it rents our by the month to locals to make a profit, leaving guests to look for parking in the street in this densely populated area. Avoid at all costs.

The rooms it's like vintage from 80s even the smell of them probably like old soviet style would be great example. Location is just ok nothing special not close to any major shopping street or bars and there is no good view only old buildings. I had a breakfast package 9e extra it was cheap buffe with some basic stuff.. we had better in the military for free. Total cost 65e in my opinion should have been the half to justify what they offer.

This hotel is by a very noisy street. We saw online that they were charging 71 euros, but when we walked in we were charged 95 and also ten dollars a day to park our car. The air conditioner did not work and the shower was very small that when you take a shower the shower curtain sticks to your body. I would not recommend this hotel.

Really old place and the rooms are screaming this word. The beds are not so comfortable and the bathroom didn't exceeded our expectations. The air-conditioning of the room was working really good and the service was great. One of the huge problems I encountered was the luck of proper air-conditioning in the restaurant area and an elevator problem that made us stall for a while. Last but not least there was a policy that prohibited any food or beverages, from the outside, to enter the premises for a few reasons which really didn't help. The best thing about Queen Olga hotel was the parking space, which was provided in a certain price although.

This is a nice hotel at perfect location. Close to the center but away from the busy, noisy places. Ideal for short stay in Thessaloniki. We love, love this hotel! ❤️

The Hotel has a good location.. There are a lot of things to do in Thessaloniki during the day and especially during the night. Not a lot of restaurants around, but the center of the city is not far and there is superb. Hotel was Ok for the money. The parking around the hotel was free for the summer. There are grocery shops that are very close. There is a nice cafe just infront of the building. I am overall satisfied. The internet was ok.

Nicely located hotel, if you are for wolks by the sea and discovering the beautiful little streets in down town of Thessaloniki. The hotels shows its ages, but with a good renovation it would return in full glory. There are parking spaces in the hotel with extra charge, but there is also a free public parking lot in front of the hotel itself. In general 3 stars just for the ages.

While not directly on the pier, the hotel is located one row on houses behind it, which makes for easy access but also less noise from other holidayers. Perhaps the most interesting thing about the hotel is how out of time it feels. The decor has a distinct mid century feel, but is is immaculately kept and I didn't have any problems with the facilities. This combines to make it feel like you stepped through a time warp, where flat panel TVs in your room and smart card door locks live happily side by side with furniture that hasn't been made for fifty years. The hotel is not particularly fancy, but it genuinely is a neat place to stay if all you need is a bed and your breakfast, which is likely if you're coming to Thessaloniki, where the outside is where you'll spend most of your time.

The hotel is in a nice area. The shower curtain really disturbs you and the room has old furniture.

This place reminds me of rooms used for a few hours during the day terrible. Breakfast was awful and no air-condition but when you ask they say open the window a try to give you a mosquito tablet. Keep away. Rood staff too. The cleaning ladies were lovely.

Mediocre experience . Be sure to ask for rooms with sea view, or you'll enjoy the road view 😉

This hotel surely offers the best value for money! Brand-new renovation and convenient location! Also nice service and great breakfast buffet with coffee of my choice. Wished I could’ve stayed longer.

The smallest room ever! ☹☹☹ but after 2days the management was able to provide normal room for some extra money. When the hotel is full of guets, there is no hot water, only lukewarm between 2100-2300. They could provide early breakfast 👍

My rating was under heavy inluence of the hotel lobby, some hallways, and mix different styles of 70s 80s and 90s…

Interruption of water supply twice within a 4day staying in July heat, poor and old technology air-conditioning, undescribable breakfast and coffee... One of the worst hotel experiences ever.

Very nice, paying for parking whilst using the hotel is a bit unreasonable. English tea needs boiling water to draw, a good tea urn with boiling water would make a good addition to the breakfast table. My friend had a lovely view from her room of mount Olympus. It would have been nice to have just one English TV channel in the rooms

Good location, but everything good stops there. Parking extra cost, breakfast also even that they told us over the phone that it is included in the price. The air-conditioner in the room was not working. Too noisy in the entire evening. I would not recommend!

Clean place, polite team but for the COVID 19 precautions they remove the mini Bar from the rooms and doing the everyday cleaning per request during your stay.

I guess ok if you get a good price deal! Livable but not something to write home about and in need of a renovation! Everything in the room felt like '70s Underground parking is a plus thought charged extra (5€/day)

Well now that the three months I have lived there is done, I can say that it is pretty much home for me. The staff was excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily and the location is good. Keep in mind that every fall around 100-200 college kids from America will be staying around here.

Such friendly and polite staff members always so eager to assist in any way they can. Lovely hotel, amazing view, so close to the city centre and pretty much anything else you may need. The food is excellent, great variety and so tasty. True professionals on all levels, a really great experience, I wish there were more stars available to give!

  • 4/5 Constantinos K. 4 years ago on Google
Very nice hotel in close proximity of the city center. You can find everything that you need around it. From convenient stores to bars, retsaurants and clothes stores. It is in a very lively location and walking distance from the sea. It needs some renovation to get to today's needs. The staff are very friendly.

Very very basic accommodation - the whole hotel is in need of a facelift and a good clean. Room was dusty and smelled like smoke (had to take clarityn just to sleep), bed cover and carpet were covered in mystery stains 😬 The staff, however, were lovely and the hotel itself is conveniently located. Just bring earplugs as the hotel is right next to the main road!

Very bad, old beds and rooms that look like those from the 20th century. all in all very bad for the money that was allocated, I can only praise the breakfast
