Great accommodation with the friendliest staff you can find. Very nicely furbished cafe/reception and rooms. The breakfast is excellent as well. The B&B is close to many bars and restaurants and in walking distance to all main sights.

Very nice place (Lobby and cafe) that spreads it's aesthetic between retro and modern touch. It gives you a cozy feeling and at the same time kind of helps you with it s atmosphere either to do work or to discuss with friends. Recommended for both work or hanging with friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights (perfect amount of time to explore Thessaloniki IMO) and had a wonderful experience. We had a family room so it was perfect for our family of 5 to sleep together in one area. The room has a mini fridge so you can store some water bottles. The breakfast was amazing, lots of foods (cheeses, salami, breads, flakes cereal, yogurt, freshly made eggs over easy, cucumber/tomato/feta “salad” (you are in Greece after all)). Fresh made coffees and juices to purchase available at the front desk when the staff is in. The true gem is honestly the staff, they are all extremely hospitable and made us feel so welcome and patiently answered all our questions. Lovely experience, highly recommend this place!

It's a great place for coffee or brunch. The decoration is so special and the owner of the place is great as well. As for the brunch we had two plates, the fake egg and the one with trahanas. The fake egg was really tasty the other one not really to my taste. But I definitely recommend this place.

The rooms are very clean, its central location is convenient and the selection of breakfast dishes is amazing. Not only is it delicious, you also have a chance to experience various kinds of Greek foods and their culture. Even though the lobby is large it's inviting since it has the feel of a comfortable home.

We had a really great stay at the Caravan this Easter. The staff was really friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and all you could really want. The breakfast si excellent! You have a lof of options from where to chose. The girls from the reception helped us find interesting places to see in and around the city. They also recommend us some great restaurants and bars to enjoy while in Thessaloniki. Also there is a small bar downstairs where you can sit and enjoy your drink in a really cozy atmosphere. If you come with your car there is a parking really close to the hotel and you can use if for 12€/day. In the end we just want to thank everyone here at The Caravan, it was a really great stay and next time we will be back in Thessaloniki we will stay here of course.

Exceptional service and friendly staff. And I mean EXCEPTIONAL. Beautiful and funky hotel right in the heart of Thessaloniki. Vintage and mid-century furnishings and artefacts and comfortable, clean, light rooms.

Very lovely hotel. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. Made us feel at home right away. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Service is astounding! They helped us with finding nice spots to eat, things to do and see in the town. Drawing a map for us with the best spots to eat and drink. The room was very nice as well. Though they turned off the cooling of the air conditioner. I think, as a Dutch person, we found it a bit hot in there. But than again, we are Dutch and I think temperture here is so different from Greece. Overal a nice plays on a very nice spot in the middle of the city. Thanks Caravan B&B for making our stay perfect!

The Caravan has now become our 'go to' place to stay. My experience began even before I left Australia when I spoke to Zoi, who helped me with my request and questions. Zoi phoned me back as promised with confirmation of my request. My sisters and I could not have been met with more warmth and hospitality, it was like we were staying with family or friends...we immediately felt very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Our breakfast the next morning was AMAZING! It really set us up for the days travel to Florina. The staff Olta, Zoi, Ellie and more were absolutely wonderful and showed genuine heartfelt emotion for our reason for travelling to Greece. We, without hesitation, decided to stay with The Caravan on our return from Florina. We had 3 AMAZING suites on the 4th floor, all with terraces. Again, the staff were just incredibly friendly and could not do enough for us...(we did need a few favours). Again breakfast was fantastic! Saying goodbye was actually really hard...we really wished we could have spent more time there. The location is excellent. Overall our experience at The Caravan was above and beyond...outstanding!! Thanks girls for all that you did for us. You are all a breath of fresh air in today's world. SEE YOU ALL AGAIN :) XXX

This is the place to stay in Thessaloniki. Fantastic base and 5* service.

We both stayed at Caravan B&B and came to work from their wonderful colourful and cosy work/reception area. The service is friendly and attentive, the food and coffees are delicious. Whether you choose to stay, come for brunch or send a work email, it will feel like a home away from home!

What a little jem this place is! Room is clean and bright. Cafe on the ground floor is very pleasant. Breakfast is plenty, fresh and delicious. And the whole place is filled with design and vintage items that makes you smile and were sought out with great eye for detail. But the best of it all: the amazing staff!

It's one of the best experiences ever had! What is so good about it is the smily people. Hospitality at its top level! It really feels like home. Location, the breakfast was superb. Will come back for sure. Until next time... 🤗

An amazing hotel, from every aspect - well located, cozy, incredibly well attended, great rooms, fantastic breakfast, the most friendly staff you could imagine. And for the price we paid? The best value for money, ever

Delicious generous breakfast, great location, clean rooms and accommodating lobby for remote work, study, gathering and relaxation. Eclectic design and artwork makes it a very special place. Bar open late and offers drinks as well as coffee. Narrow cobblestone street means no speeding car noise. Across the road is their corner brunch restaurant that also serves as a student study hang out. This is our 2nd time staying here and it is delightful.

The service is fantastic. Everybody was so nice and helpful. We had a little problem with the heating but was solved in time and they checked constantly if we were happy. The food is nice and ... big plus room service is free of charge.

for us the best hotel in Thessaloniki. Rarely seen such a friendly and courteous staff. After a horrible night in another hotel, we booked here and we liked it so much that we extended it by 3 nights.gladly again

Its all about service! Personal care before we arrived and during our stay for everything. Elina gave us a feeling that see is our personal assistant:). Its really important. We have eventually extended our stay by 2 nights. Such a lovely place, decorated so nice, young atmosphere. The whole team is really nice. Breakfast so tasty and fresh. For sure will come again.

Excellent service, great attention to details, the reception ladies made the effort to accommodate our early check-in. Great, savoury breakfast with plenty of options. I've stayed here three times and every time it was a very good experience. Definitely my favourite hotel in Thessaloniki.

Value for money: 1/5. The bad parts: not good for resting during the night; not good for people with a large appetite. I booked two rooms for one night. In the family room, one of the beds is actually an Ikea divan with a very thin mattress (probably 12 cm), you can feel the wood beneath while sleeping. In the double room, the fridge was very noisy. The food was good, but we had to wait for it quite a lot (we ended up eating the dessert before the eggs) and they forgot to bring some of the salads. The choices in the menu are poor (2 eggs/person; tiny salads; tiny portions of cheese and charcuterie; yogurt OR milk with side dish of choice - cereals OR nuts OR jam; pancakes; orange juice and some sort of frittata). The `order` actually is to state if you want all these or just some of them. And if you have a large appetite, this is not the place for you, even if they say it is! Comments such as "are you going to eat all that?" when ordering are out of place. Good parts: the location; someone did come out to direct us when we arrived and we couldn't find the entrance.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was lovely. The members of staff were very warm and made me feel less like a stranger in town. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. It was a lovely experience, I'm definitely going back.

The hotel is very good for a guest house. You should order a breakfast in advance and choose from several options. Warning! Your breakfast includes only 1 coffee, for a second one you have to pay 2 euros, decide yourself if it's worth it. The staff is super friendly, btw!

It is without a doubt the best accommodation and service I've ever experienced in Greece. We have already stayed there twice and loved it so much. It's in a great location at the heart of the city, with great breakfast options and beautiful and clean rooms. But what wins my heart every time is the service. People are genuinely nice, polite, friendly and smiley and I appreciate it more than anything in hospitality. Well done to the owners and the team.

Perfect place in a great spot in the heart of the city! We (family of four) stayed for one night there as a stop in our long trip in a family room. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely decorated and we really loved it. Service was sublime and the staff were always very friendly and helpful! The personalized breakfast and you have the choice of having it the cafeteria area or in your room. If you are working remotely, the cafeteria area has you covered as there is space that is quite silent and separated allowing you to work without much distractions but with anything you might need right there. Highly recommend and we are surely going to visit again!

We've only been here for brunch so I can only comment that. The whole ground floor was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere in general was very playful. Our savory choice was the buttery brioche (photo). The bread was very soft and the combination of butter and truffle tasted great. The egg inside could have been warmer (actually it was cold - was probably sitting for some time before served). For dessert we had the cheesecake pancakes (they still had the older menus on with the buckwheat pancakes on). That one didn't work out well. Two of the three pancakes were not cooked well so the dough inside was still raw. They were kind enough to bring new ones which didn't have the same issue. Nevertheless there was something wrong with them. The dough was very sweet and heavy, tasting like "tsoureki". They weren't fluffy at all something that I really look for in pancakes and in total they had a weird texture in the mouth, again maybe because the dough was heavier and more sugary than "it should". The creams on top were also quite sweet for my taste making it in total a rather sugary plate. Besides that, all in all it was a pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend it.

Fantastic and friendly service! And the breakfast is delicious to! The staff are absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much of a fuss for them, you're just made to feel like a rockstar from the moment you walk in. Oh, and they do this amazing pastrami and cheese on rye topped with a fried egg, which is one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten in my life!!!

Great room. The NICEST staff. Solid divider between where the adults and the kids sleep in the larger rooms! 🤗 The brunch at the restaurant ( not the free breaky) is both sumptuous and seductive…

The perfect place to stay at when in Thessaloniki! I was here with my girlfriend and we really loved every little thing about this B&B. The friendliest staff I've ever met, amazing breakfast, super nice and tidy rooms with cool vintage decor (the suite with the balcony is amazing) and an all in all amazing experience! We'll definitely come back! :)

The hotel is very clean, in a fairly central spot in the city center with many options for coffee and drinks nearby. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. It also has a delicious breakfast and its brunch is a standout. Regarding its cafe, I would say that it is quiet and that is why many people prefer it as a place for reading or work.
