I really don't know how to express myself. At the point we got there, we received a smile and full support even though we haven't booked online. The accommodation was extraordinary (clean 100% with perfect bathroom and gorgeous kitchen). You got utility room in the basement area (washers, dryers and place for ironing) which is extremely clean. The lobby in the entrance is beautiful, the smoking area is perfectly clean and the gym was great. I really cannot understand how they manage to clean the space - it's like you go inside through the entrance door, you stepped outside on something and there is no mark when you look back. All the personnel are extremely polite and professional with perfect English. They are always online for you if you need anything, just use the mobile number from the card. The rooms with small kitchens are very nice and well appointed - modern and clean. It is located within a short walk to the main shopping and dining areas near the harbour but in a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The perfect base for a break in Thessaloniki 😁

Best place to stay in Thessaloniki. Very nice apartments, very clean and equipped with everything you need to stay as long as you want to. They also have a laundry room for the customers to use. The personal is very friendly and very welcoming. They take good care of you and all your stuff and pay attention of all your needs. You have a lot of places to eat right near the hotel and you don't need to use your car.

Had a wonderful stay at Thess Residences Hotel with my family. The location is simply perfect, making exploring the surroundings a breeze. We were particularly impressed with the rooms - not only were they spotless and well-maintained, but they also came equipped with all the amenities we could hope for, including a handy Nespresso coffee machine. I stayed at Thess Residences for two weeks for a business trip and holiday combined and it was wonderful from start to finish. The hospitality was outstanding and no request was too much for the amazing team. All staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The accommodation itself is very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The location is good. Just outside the busy central business district but a short 10-minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the shopping and cafe/restaurant offerings that abound in Thessaloniki. It is the perfect place to stay. Having a well-appointed kitchen with good cooking facilites is great when you ordered too much for dinner at a restaurant the night before and you just want to have leftovers. Getting around from Thess Residences is also incredibly easy by taxi or on foot and the local food delivery services are efficient and affordable if you just want to stay in and watch Netflix and relax and recharge for more adventures (Netflix available free in the rooms). I highly recommend Thess Residences to all who come to Thessaloniki for business or pleasure. You won't regret it!

We were 7 women and we all found the place perfect! It was spotless clean, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, and the location was superb- quiet yet central. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to the hotel and again I am very satisfied. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Always very clean and neat rooms and common spaces, comfy beds. The location is perfect - in the center of the city and at the same time very quiet and peaceful surroundings, you can easily rest after a tiring tourist day. Ask the staff for anything and they will help you with information, suggestions and assistance (making reservations for you, arrange and organize events, etc.). Just ask. Thess residences is amazing and it was beyond our expectations! The hotel has a good location, close enough to the centre but on a quiet street. It was perfectly clean and had everything a person could need, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Staff is also super kind and attentive and made us feel welcome. Also the hotel reserved us a parking spot in a private garage for 15 EUR per day and we had full access to the car.

Five stars from me! The staff is really helpful, kind and hospitable. They make you feel welcome. Extremely clean hotel. I've felt safe. Great room and also a great common lobby where you can hang out. A few minutes away from the Egnatia street where you can hop on the city bus (bus stop Kolomvou). About 15-20 minutes to walk to the main square. I recommend it very much! I was so glad we chose this exact hotel.

It is an average place to stay. However we were very happy that staff there (Nick? a young man) is so friendly and patient. The basement common area is very clean. You can enjoy there but we didn't have time this stay.

The Thess-Residences are a remarkable location to stay during your trip in Thessaloniki. The very well equipped room is very clean and tastefully decorated and gives you the opportunity to plan your stay in any way and stil you like. The whole residence offers a great variability of options with a great sense for details and a "feel at home atmosphere". After living for 6 years in Thessaloniki first time I returned to the city after finishing my studies I chose to stay at Thess Residencies. It was such a great experience to stay again in my old neighborhood 5 mins from Aristotelous square and all the great famous places of the city and to enjoy all the comforts and hospitality Thess Residencies has to offer! Top of the top their gym and the spacious luxury rooms! I think from now on this is the place I will choose every time I visit the city! 5 BIG stars!!!!

OUTSTANDING! Thess Residence is very new, comfortable and the receptionists are the best ever, they are always ready to help for any kind of situation. They really provide a high quality service! I stayed at Thess for a long business trip and I must admit I felt home from the first moment I got there!

Extremely modern hotel with spacious and self sufficient rooms which allow cooking, have the necessary cutlery, crockery, a refrigerator, etc. The rooms also have televisions with Netflix and airconditioners, which really adds to the appeal of the place. The hotel even has a very nice lobby where one can play some games, watch some television or even just relax with a drink. There's also a washing machine (free) and dryer, a vending machine, etc. Although there isn't a person at the reception 24/7, the host is extremely helpful if called on their phone. I would really recommend trying out this hotel which exists right in the city centre.

It had everything you need from a weekend to a month stay. A very clean and new bathroom, with all the necessities you need such as showering gel, shampoo, hair dryer etc. There is a nice kitchenette, a coffee machine and a complementary Netflix service. The parking, all though at an additional cost, is at 30 sec walk and it is a key-opened garage, so you vehicle will be very safe, which for me is just another plus. This will be my pick for Thessaloniki accommodation from now on, that is for sure!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Thess Residences this April. The location is a short walk to all the activities in the lower and upper parts of the city. The room, while not spacious, was well-appointed and lacked for nothing. The free laundry facilities were very welcome. In particular, Eleni, our contact at the property was very accommodating. She unfulfilled all our requests and was extremely professional.

I stayed for three days and was totally delighted with the hotel. Since of my job, I regularly travel and have stayed in a variety of hotels. This one impressed me because of the exceptional behavior of the staff, the cleanliness, and the extremely attractive facilities provided. I will definitely choose it again for me and my family.

This hotel offers high quality hospitality in a very good location 5' away from the city center (Aristotelous square) on foot! It offers very comfort stylish and clean apartments with a fully equipped kitchenette and a parking lot option! We didn't cook though because we were craving for tasting local food. Despina and Eleni at the reception were very kind and helpful when we asked help for restaurants or sightseeing e.t.c. We wanted to experience one of the attic's residences but it was, unfortunately, fully booked. We hope we will be more lucky, next time! It is highly recommended!

We stayed here for a week and a half during our 4th trip to Thessaloniki. This is a great location and walking distance to the best restaurants and the city centre. The unit was clean and modern and it was nice to have housekeeping every few days. They also have laundry which was convenient. The internet was decent and there was also Netflix and Prime. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed - it was hard like most beds in Greece. Edit: forgot to mention that the staff are very helpful, attentive and professional. Really would recommend this stay

The thess residence is Most beautiful motel I have stayed in , it has the most amazing room and has all facilities you need the staff so amazing making the stay that more enjoyable, this is my first visit to Thessaloniki came all the way from Australia , i highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Quiet location, a bit of a walk to the white tower, but plenty of decent restaurants and pubs in the area - some of the best craft beer pubs too. The A/C was too strong for us and it was too noisy with the street for windows open, so I recommended asking for a room not facing the street. Good facilties, especially the laundry and gym. Staff very polite, kind and helpful. Large supermarket 5-10 minutes walk away. A little sparing on the apartment amenities - for the two of us, two plates, two bowls, two spoons, two forms, etc., but at least we didn't leave the washing up til another day :-)
