We wanted to go in the pool. On their website is written, that the entrance is 10 euros per person. The person on the reception told us it is 20 euros per person. So we left this place.

The rooms were perfectly cleaned and everything you'd wish for was included. The staff and service were amazing and always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Had my stay extended from three to four days and it was totally worth it! Will certainly visit again for my next visit to Thessaloniki.

Had to cancel my trip due to Covid restrictions however I had prepaid for the New Year’s eve dinner. Sent an email to ask if a refund is possible and didn’t get any replies back at all.

Modern, sophisticated, and spotless. The hotel is located about a 15-minute drive from the centre of Thessaloniki with its own parking it makes the trip stress-free. We had a beautiful room very spacious and comfortable on the fith floor with a fabulous view from the balcony. In the room, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay, including toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, and even a shaving kit. Hairdryer, iron, and ironing board provided in the room as well as a safe box for all your valuables. Breakfast in the morning was a ritch buffet with something for all tastes hot and cold. Traditional Greek breakfast options, as well as continental and more international options that will fill you up for the rest of the day. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool and spa/wellness centre which unfortunately we did not have time to use. However, it did look very inviting. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and cheerful both late at night when we arrived and the next morning on departure.

There is one of the most exciting hotel found in North Greece. The reason only one the Team that helps the accommodation making you feel at home. Therefore join the Lazart hotel for business purposes as I do or vacation any time of the year. Fully recommend.

We stayed in Lazart for a night during our travel to Athens. Price quality ratio was great considering the size of the room (60 sqm). Breakfast was excellent considering many 5 star hotels are providing basics. Will come back for sure.

We stayed just for one night on Lazart Hotel on our way to Istanbul. Spacious, very very comfortable rooms considering we have a 2 years old baby girl. We also enjoyed breakfast around the pool and a nice coffee before continuing our journey. Will consider this hotel every time in Thessaloniki.

I give more then 5⭐️ to Vasiliki and Panos from the front desk and also to Anni and the lifeguard from the bar at the swimming pool, they were amazing. Anyway, all the staff are very friendly in rhis hotel. Thanks so much for the wonderful time I spend there!

Nice, roomy rooms. The bathrooms are spacious and clean . The service is also adequate , the breakfast options are quite sufficient . Opposite to the hotel there is a worthy visiting contemporary art museum and summer theater named “Les Lazarists”. The center of the town is 20 mins by car .

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, The staff are so kind and helpful especially those at the bar and the restaurant!!! The rooms are spacious with all the amenities. vey clean and good location. The only thing I would change is a few furniture or decor that seems a bit ruined and neglected. The rest is fine!

Altough the rooms look good, but the restaurant is simply terrible. There is a very poor option, if you do not hurry, you will only see the empty plates. You always get what remained from the previous meals. It is really dissaponting. After we arrived to dinner, most of the plates were empty. We requested several times to fill up, they said ok, one minute. After half an we realised that there is no more from that. We are very angry and dissapointed.

The room is ok, the bed is a bit small but still comfortable. The dinner buffet was very bad. There were not much choices and the chicken was very dry. The breakfast was ok.

Our experiences are not adequate to the five stars and to the pictures on the website. We eat greek meatballs, fried potatoes or spagetti with some tomato till 8 days. Sometimes we get some cooked vegetables in tomato sauce. It is really boring, I can't stand the smell of the meatballs. But there is a european chess championship, so the players should not eat these really poor carbohidrates. The most of the players eat potatoes with ketchup. Today there was spagetti with tomato and some can of tuna fish. Once there were fishsticks, but it was only meal, I think. How can't cook or fry fish here by the sea in the Art Noeveau Restaurant in a hotel with five stars? We don't get soup, water. In the first days we do not get normal plates and cutlery, only for asking, there are paper plates and wooden cutlery. Now we can get, but for the desserts or the fruits still not. The breakfast is good, but there is no salmon as on the pictures. The room is comfortable, but it is not the suite we have reserved, it is a doubleroom, but the price would be the same. The wifi is really slow. There is a phone in the bathroom and it rings a little in every hour, it is really awkward in the night. The gym is closed, the minibar is empty. The receptionists and the maids are really nice and some of the waiters, too. The hotel and the rooms are really clean. We got a good lunch box, when we couldn't want to eat lunch here but on the beach. It is a hotel with three stars.

The hotel is kind of rough diamond, old but still hasn’t lost the precious look and feel. Would most likely visit this hotel again in the future. Also I have to say that the manager of the hotel is awesome. Keep up the good work !

Extremely good. We received a room upgrade, 1st floor, room with terras and a sauna, bed comfy and large, modern bathroom with bath and separate shower. Breakfast is outstanding, pool and lounge area very good. Parking underground was free. Cleanliness was also above standard. Staff friendly and always at your service. 5 star hotel and we think this is deserved.

The hotel's Operations Manager, Mr. Katsaros Miltiadis, was an amazingly kind friendly helpful cooperative respectful gentleman. We had a nice clean spacious suite. A good buffet breakfast within a nicely decorated restaurant. Dining restaurant at the hotel was limited though on the menu! As a whole, staying at this hotel is recommended.

Absolutely no "5 star" hotel!!! We came for New year Eve but we were highly disapointed! The lobby smelled of sweat... The bar of the hotel doesen't work... In the room there is NO mini bar and only two coffe capsules for the coffe mashine!?! Finally I get stuck in the elevator!!! Not good expirience at all! The positives are - very friendly and helpful staff and very spacious rooms. The jonery is very old one and the feeling is like yiu are on the street - all noises are in the room too...
