Every time I try to describe my experience at dining at this restaurant only this comes to mind , comfortable twist on familiar dishes . The Chef makes miracles happen in his kitchen . Healthy ingredients of small local producers are transformed into unique flavors that please even the most demanding palate . The extremely friendly staff and the excellent service with extremely reasonable prices of this high quality food make this cozy restaurant a must to visit place .

It is a cozy little place with a few tables outside in a restaurant area. The owner is very nice, the dishes are made quickly. The eggplant with toasted cheese on top of it was very tasty however just a tad to cold. Good experience.

Great place that feels like home. The food is prepared with care and it is delicious. Moreover, the menu changes according to the season and the food availability, so the ingredients are always fresh. The chef and the personnel are wonderful: kind, and capable of advising everyone. And the price is always a good surprise. Definitely to try: you won't be disappointed.

An amazing spot! Number 2 on trip advisor in Thessaloniki. The food was light and incredibly delicious. The service was great and everything was super affordable. I highly recommend a visit here, you won’t be disappointed.

When we arrived the place was empty. How could that be? The 1st place on TripAdvisor and high ranking on Google. Are we at the right place? We took a chance and sat down and ate some dinner. Best decision ever. The kebab with pita is great and very tasteful. Definitely give this place a shot, eventhough it might look like not many people are eating there.

A gem in the heart of Thessaloniki. Ask the staff for help if you're not sure what to order, Greek menus can be daunting if you're not familiar with portions and the flavours. They will make sure you get a perfect dinner and will even make smaller portions so you can taste more different dishes rather than one big plate. Oh and of course I should mention that it's almost too affordable: you'll feel guilty walking away having eaten so well for so little money.

By far my favorite place for food in Thessaloniki. It's a place with amazing and delicious food (also very good prices and portions)for starters. Also, it is a small place with a warm atmosphere and friendly people.....don't hesitate to speak with the cook....he is an amazing person!!!!

What a surprise. This unassuming restaurant, only six tables, is definitely one of the best we visited in Greece (this was our fourth visit to the mainland). We walked in without reservation to study that all the tables were reserved (be advised). However, the owner was kind and accepted us as people were more than half an hour late (and didn't showed up eventually). The food is bit different from a standard Greek restaurant. Everything was so tasty and fresh. Thank you, we will definitely come back when in town.

Our experience in the restaurant was so great, that we had to go there twice!! The owner of the restaurant and his staff are really kind. They take their time to chat with you and we even got the recipe of our favorite dish (the leak pie!!). The food is amazing and perfect to share, also the prices are affordable! Best place to eat delicious traditional greek food with daily specialties. Very affordable. The staff was especially friendly and helpful with meal recommendations. They even suggested us some pubs to go at after we ate. We went there twice and definitely would go again if we visit Thessaloniki. :)

Totally epic and authentic bistro style restaurant that serves delicious Greek dishes with the kind of Greek hospitality that makes Thessaloniki so cool. The food is really from the heart (the chef feels strongly that you should not trust a skinny chef). It can get quite busy so definitely book for weekends. Honest food done right.

We were four people at dinner. The place was small but pleasant to sit in. The waiter is really nice and explained us about all the dishes in the place. We didn't wait a long time for dishes, in fact they arrived very quickly. Our favorite dish was the pork pieces. We even complimented the chef about the food Highly recommend!! 🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely delicious food and the best kind of service from the staff (chef included!), who provided excellent suggestions from the menu. It has an incredibly homely feel and it's hard to imagine such quality for the prices listed, especially in such a central area. Agrophageio gets my unreserved recommendation!

Absolutely the best. We have visited many places in Thessaloniki, still we never had better feeling and enjoyment than at this restaurant. Food is really amazing, there is a daily menu with great choices of food of all kinds. If you are looking for Greek food do not search further, just go there and enjoy. We will come again for sure.

If I could leave 6 stars I would - very cute, small, family-run taverna with fresh produce so the menu varies depending on what’s in season. The staff are so kind and helpful and the food is great - will come back for sure next time I’m in town, thank you so much!

At the restaurant, I was very well attended, but the food was not what I expected. I was hungry and asked for a suggestion of a good dish and served, I ordered a chicken with lemon and basmati rice. My dish came on a dessert plate, little food and no seasoning. My mother's dish was a mushroom stuffed with vegetables and rice. The dish looked like a mushroom risotto, it had a lot of rice and a few pieces of mushroom. Would not return.

You should definitely have to taste "ntemek pita" and trust the chef to what he suggests for food. Everything is fresh and beautifully presented. Kudos
