A very nice place to drink tsipouro and have some tapas with a group of friends or even alone. Not expensive but not cheap either. Awesome quality of food and drinks. Good and fast service. Also they do offer free dessert and a special type of drink in the end when you ask for the bill. Worth drinking and eating at this place.

I've done the tour twice and it was enjoyable both times. The tour is informative (Anchor has very rich history) but not boring; they keep it relatively short and sweet. The guides know their stuff and are very friendly.

The food here is tasty and the prices are reasonable as well!! I really like the owner's behavior, who makes sure everyone is satisfied!! A big bonus is the loukoumades at the end of the meal which are on the house!!

Delicious food, great for couples as much as for a big party of people. Sometimes has live music and it's great! Great people running it, too.

Place is a tad small, otherwise great food, real Greek music, very fast service. Recommend the kebabs.

The tavern is in a quiet alley near an area with other student bars and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food was ok with normal prices but not cheap for what you get. The raki was not so good, and the rakomelo was unfortunately bad. Overall the atmosphere was good. I wouldn't recommend it because of the drink quality and the food/price ratio, but it may be a good choice for students.

One of my favorite restaurants in thessaloniki. It has a large variety of small plates of cretan cuisine. Delicious, I've tried almost all of them. Excellent quality of all the dishes. Very nice raki. But what stands out is the owner. Very hospitable, kind and generous.
