Tucked away in a quiet pedestrian area off the main thoroughfares of Thessaloniki. Superb food and excellent prices. Will not disappoint. Greek salad, grilled sardines, french fries. All to die for.

Simple and DELICIOUS!!! We have taken Greek salad, spicy salad, potatoes with garlic and their's chicken special - in salads you could taste the freshness of tomatoes and cucumbers, meat was perfectly grilled, and not to dry, all spices in balance... Service was fast and the waitress (I believe the owner of the place) was really kind. The only minus was, that we have miscounted the size of the dishes... they were enormous for such low price... 5 on 5 in every aspect!

One of my favourite local places in Thessaloniki! An honest, friendly smal old-time run family restaurant, at the old market, yet cosily and quietly shattered from the city centre, Sheltered from the sun. The food is of excellent quality. Very cheap. Quick service. Today we had a grilled open kolios (mackerel), a mix of grilled vegetables, grilled potatoes and the excellent turbo salad + good wine. It was delicious again.

Excellent homemade traditional recipes in one of the most iconic and old food markets in Thessaloniki. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The prices as well.

Very nice and cozy traditional family Greek place. Great atmosphere, service was nice, portions were big. They spoke English good. Menu was also in English.

It's a family run place! Our staff was a Mom and daughter duo with the Dad handling the kitchen. So pls be kind and patient. The food is affordable and delicious. I had the grilled fish which was amazing! Highly recommended it!

A nice restaurant hidden in plain sight in the Kapani market in Aristotelous square. A bit further away from all the other restaurants in the area in a quiet spot. The food was tasty, although it was not great. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The decoration was cozy and the prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend this place for small plates and a tsipouro at lunch.

Right, so we started at a Museum, we spent much more time than expected due to the insane amount of exhibition pieces. But that's enough about the museum, afterwards we walked around looking for a nice a Taverna, and boy we were lucky. This place was incredible, the food was top tier, the free ice cream was excellent and the ouzo, oh the ouzo was fantastic, plus the beer was cold and the wine was plentiful. I spent a long time hiking some rocks, this was the perfect next day activity to top off what so far has been an amazing experience in a wonderful country.

Really delicious proper Greek taverna that has a range of traditional dishes. The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful and the prices were very reasonable for some incredible quality food and drink. The red wine was really fantastic here too!

We found this place on a whim. They have delicious food and we met such a nice waitress! We had red wine, ouzo, and a beer with our food. The ouzo was absolutely amazing! There were plenty of vegetarian options and I would recommend the egg, tomato sauce and cheeze! It resembled shakshuka, but better :) We also got free ice cream as a dessert! For the three of us, we paid less than €40. Would definitely recommend this place!

Traditional tavern of excellent quality. The place is very clean, it's located in a small alley with natural shade. I tried sea food and everything was fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable considering the lcoation and quality. It's highly recommended.
