I dont want to give even 1 star.. Customer service not good at enterance.. They didnt put token for 2 bags.. They told with us "we dont have enough space".. So we didnt went to inside.. Is this is your good behaviour with customer..

You can get all the variety of the dress and customer service also very good. I suggest the management to keep some food court in the terrace, so that it ll helpful for customers who spends more time in shopping like festivals and functions timings

The place is filled up with dress. Lot of collection. But the dress don't worth the money. The strich are so poor and the pant the bottom line comes out without stitching. Highliy dissatisfied. The saree section is good. For mens better move to another store. Not recommended for men's store.

When I was little kid,my parents bought me here everytime whether it is for Pongal,Diwali, Birthday,any occasions......But when I go now,there are less collection and they have very limited amount size variations in clothe.....

Decent option to buy clothings for all. They added some addon for kids toys too. Have a look at under ground floor

Service was good. But Collections were not as trendy as expected. It will be great to employ Tamil employees who know the tradition and expectations of Tamil people.

I am your regular customer. The collections are fantastic & very beautiful. Mr. Rajendren in silk section attended me. He knows the customers taste & doing his duty .great.

Few Individual staff were helpful, but overall customer experience was not great! The behaviour of the front office staff (delivery) have changed after I paid the bill. They don't want me at their premises anymore. I have been forced to take customer loyalty card at the end of the purchase (by giving away the name, phone number blah blah). After I paid the bill, they said the loyalty points will not be given for my current purchase (Rs 32K worth)!! Fix your (CRM) system!! One of my family member requested a "katta pai" as the popular tradition goes whilst shopping and received a hurting comment from your front office staff as if we have shopped in Chennai silks only for "Katta pai". Customers are not beggars and your staff promised a gift as the bill was above 25K and I am still wondering what that gift was. I do not visit Chennai Silks for the gifts, but for the warmth I remember received from your staff in the past visits. This is not the same Chennai Silks I love to visit for our family shopping at Erode any more! Sorry and I couldn't give anything less than 1 star for the customer experience received!

They take good care of customers. And the quality of the fabrics and the quality of the staff are all good. But still some employees don't know how to behave with customers.

It was really a bad experience in Chennai silks ever in Erode, such a hectic reply from the floor manager, also telling that the customer is (i am) lying about the purchase, i purchased for 26,000 totally, but today felt very insult from ur branch, if i don got a proper reply for this complaint, I'll go to the consumer court, i can't take this insult anymore.. Hope they management will understand this issue and give a smooth reply.. My purchase bill was attached with this complaint

They had a good collection of clothing for this Diwali. The price wasn't that bad either. The only thing I didn't like here was the person who helped us, she has this annoyed expression every time we asked her to get a clothing. Othrtha that everything was good.

As i purchased dress in Chennai silk around Rs.8500 including silk saree. After make payment and delivered at the time another customer have received complementary bag from final dispatch section. so she bought only Rs.6000 only received complimentary bag.After Some time i ask the complimentary bag and he said its for purchase above Rs.10000.Chennai silk behave like customer partiality and I get disappointment for this kind of worst service ever seen.......Money is apart from customer service is very important for any business. Especially erode branch service very poor and they much change attitude.....Hereafter change it.

Parking is a problem here as the roads are very narrow. I see the parking for customers, thanks. Have to pay if we don't purchase anything in Chennai silks.
