A beautiful place situated very close to the government office of the interior ministry. The place is beautiful and huge. The painting in the centre dome is beautiful and very meaningful. The Altar is amazing, you need to take a walk around it to find the blessed sacrament and the relics of a bhishop who is in the process os becoming a saint. And last don't miss the splendid pipe organ.

If you are a catholic or a Christian from any part of the world this is a wonderful place to worship ...just incase you speak english like me don not forget to go along with a Christian Devotion prayer book so you can easily follow the order of mass otherwise it is fine ...ps do not forget to light a candke for yourself and family

Very nice church in the Dakar plateau. The artwork inside is very unique and beautiful. I went to see the roof of the dome and was pleasantly surprised by the stained glass and the other artwork throughout the church. A very calm and peaceful place once you are inside. They hold mass everyday and many on Sunday. It is very close to the IFAN museum so if you are walking around Dakar you can easily visit both. It was also walking distance from the French Institute. You can go to all three locations on foot in just a few minutes. The traffic in the area is quite bad so I recommend walking, it’s very safe during the day.

Prayer place for Christians, masses are taking place everyday and more than once on Sundays. Secured place, COVID-19 measures strictly respected.

The most big church in Sénégal symbol of christianism

The biggest place of worship that is actively used by the Christian Senegalese and expats. The cathedral is a nice spot to visit. If you get the chance, pay a visit to this place on Sundays. There are not many frescos or marvelous paintings on the walls. Atmosphere is very nice tough.
