A very convenient place if you are in Thika and would like to enjoy Pizza or chicken. Quite affordable but delicious pizza done in just 15 minutes no matter the flow of people.

Pizza Inn Thika has a fast customer response and the Dial delivery they have introduced is the best,delivery is on time and delivered at a good condition.

The chicken was a bit dry but the place is clean, the bathrooms are clean and the service is awesome. Enjoyed the experience.

Nothing out of the ordinary. If you've been to enough inns, you would know that. Occasionally some street children come close to the premise and disturb people leaving with take away. The guard there tries to help, but he can only do so much against 10 or so kids, by himself. Watch out if you spot them, they may also just grab your pack and run. Very accessible by all modes of transport. Strategic location.

Despite having a famous, busy eatery, they only have one washroom. And it's always locked, you have to get the keys from security.

The food is okay, but you got to work on your customer care. The staff there are not friendly at all, they look unhappy and disatisfied.

Convenient location next to major roads. Place is airy, friendly staff, ample seating arrangement. Parking available, you pay during office hours.

A decent place with very well prepared and delicious pizza. Its the best pizza inn i have eaten from, better than pizza inn joints in Nairobi CBD. Grab their buy 1 get 1 free pizzas on Thursdays and Tuesdays. I highly recommend their pizza. More though could be done in terms of maintenance of place and basic amenities i.e. handwashing points and better seating arrangements/furniture.

The overall experience was good but I had an issue with the pizza inn ...they failed to provide kitchen towels for a number of customers and only given once requested

I saw the staff wiping the floor and other parts with her hands and a wipe. She goes back handling food without even washing hands. And then back to wiping and back handling food without hand washing. These same wipe and water bucket was used to wipe floor , counters and also the spoon used for removing pizza from oven plate and placing in boxes. Hands from the dirty water also were all over pizza boxes expecially the inside part where food is placed Very unprofessional unhealthy and unhygienic. The staff responded saying they did not touch food directly.

Perfect place to enjoy a Pizza at any day of the year. I think that extra tables would do to curb the limited sitting space due to overcrowding on Christmas.

Probably the only fun place in Thika for both kids and adults. The toilets are wanting though, I do wonder if the management is thinking about it.

Nice restaurant but I have only one complaint in comparison to other pizza Inn restaurants they use much less sauce and the wait times are longer they do have alot of customers

The best part of it is that they understand fast food. Was great didn't expect to find you guys at Thika. I would suggest for more space
