There is ample seating space both inside and the outdoor of the restaurant. It has an outdoor balcony with seats. There are also washrooms that are very clean and well maintained. They also have a menu with variety of foods to choose from. They also have a signboard on the outside that can easily be seen at the entrance. There is also a security guard at the entrance to welcome you in, check your temperature and pour sanitizer. Highly recommend.

It has that serene classy theme,,the services are quite affordable and awesome,,the customer service is generous,,it has a separate VIP LOUNGE which is just so awesome,, there's free WiFi,,there's ample parking,,it has that romantic setting!! There's totally everything to love there,,I LOVE NINETEEN DEGREES!!

Love the food♥️ The ambiance and the music is even better! But the customer service is very lacking. After being told to wait for 20 minutes I ended up waiting for 1hr! Be honest about the wait time. Honestly I love this place but the the poor customer service spoils the experience for me. Seriously though, how poor does your service have to be to prepare chips masala for 1hr 10 min...this has been a real bummer. Or perhaps do you prioritize some customer orders over others?

If you're ever in Thika and hunger strikes, this one of the best places to get satisfied. I liked their service and food doesn't take long. They have nice washrooms too and I think there's a bidet (I might be wrong). The entrance is a bit meh but let that not fool you.
