  It is located at Thika town's Central Business District. Idk if it's the building or if it was the former name but the beautiful building has a big tag "December Hotel(1963)" It is located directly opposite the former society stores( now khetia's supermarket (Nov 2021)). The place offers a great service in the hotel industry with its top-notch chefs and waiters. The place is also spacious to accommodate as much customers as it can. The balcony eating is so magnificent as you see Thika Town residents go by their daily duties. For the residents, it is a nice advertising of the hotel to lure them to hunger to enter the hotel which is in all VERY CREATIVE. Great architecture and polite waiters and waitresses.

  Great restaurant. In thika Town. Accessible easily. Has a wide variety of dishes. The view of the city is great from first flow. Prices are relatively affordable in comparison to other relatively of it's class. Great customer care overall. The food is served in a timely manner

  A very nice and quiet hotel to hold a quick meeting within Thika CBD. Be it social or business. I'll go there anytime. Waitress service is a bit slow but not the worst. They can improve.

  It's a nice place to be . . Suited on the centre of Thika hence gives one a nice view of having a look on what people are doing . Nice place to have your ,breakfast ,lunch or dinner .

  Amazing Restaurant. Well spacious and Covid rules well maintained and followed. Their food is amazing. Brought hot. Kids menu is a plus. And the prices,Truly POCKET FRIENDLY. Grace was an amazing staff efficient, courteous and proffesional. The location is perfect. Only issue would be finding a parking spot.

  Starting with the food,it was really tangy especially the sauce which is dripping over the kachumbari 🤤. The aura was calm but absolutely not the best.The staff were proactive, they know what you definitely won't resist😄

  Would definitely recommend, great food (their steak is to die for) and service. Very accessible since it is in town. Parking would be a challenge, if you can use public means. All in all a great place to be.

  The joint is strategically located but they need to improve on their services.An order takes quite sometime before it is served.The washrooms air quality is not good at least they need to be using air freshener to ensure those washrooms are not smelly.

  It's Okay... But if you're in a hurry I wouldn't advice you to take a meal there. It takes quite a bit of time before your order is delivered... Otherwise,Bon Appetit!

  The service and ambience are great. The portions on the other hand are too small. I prefer my meat to fall off the bone but that was not the case here. I will definitely be going back for the mocha shake.

  Eric: The chips and marinated chicken was good, love the ambience. But Mary's glass was chipped. Mary: I enjoyed the juice(Mango), the marinated chicken was just more than fantastic. also I like the overall environment and their services

  Customer service below average. A week ago the waitress brought me the wrong cake. She later replaced it but the black forest wasn't fresh. Today I sat for about 10 minutes at the left side of the balcony but no one attended to me so I walked out. Otherwise, the place is beautiful.

  The service was great by Oliver....she was fast even though the manpower seemed so low....The chips masala and roasted was sumptuous as well as the shakes. The chicken wings were pathetic....They were just deep fried and the sauce was only mixed.....Its was yuck that we were unable to eat....But the overall service was okay

  I am visiting Thika. I have had a chance to dine in. The staff member who took our order finished with us after we placed the order. The lady did not bother to to follow up our order when it took so long to be ready. When I enquired she did not even turn to look at us she answered as she walked away. The lovely lady who brought our food to the table was very pleasant. Unfortunately, everything was very cold. I requested a senior staff to atleast warm the dry toast for us. When we were finishing off the breakfast, the pleasant lady come from the kitchen with a bowl of beans. I hope she fidnt take me the wrong way but I didn't think the beans would go so well with tea...I explained to her that she needed to report the unacceptable situation to her line manager. It was the least I could do since I was paying for a full hot English breakfast which was not full. A pleasant lady come and apologised and offered a complimentary meal which i Didnt think was necessary because this is not a one off incident. It happened before in the last 7 days when we went to dine there. A little bit late. Tourist

  The hygiene is very wanting. Especially the bathrooms. The staff are slow and disinterested. It took 15 minutes for us to be served and a further 44 minutes for the food to arrive at our table. The atmosphere is similar to Pronto in Nairobi, but that's about it. Its just DIRTY with flies all over the place. Terrible restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere. Oh and most of the drinks on the cocktail menu are unavailable. Who does that? Mschew.

  The last time I was there I had the worst experience...twice. first I ordered Biryani.... Big mistake. They offered to make it up and I must have chosen a bad night. A night that had candle light couples dinner but with an off key band that was too loud to hear conversations. The fried chicken we ordered was so dry that we had to simply leave it. Suffice to say I won't be returning in the coming years.

  Hygiene, a very big no Even water glasses are dipped in and out of water so fast that you'll get them even with lipstick. First hand experience. It's a good place for meetings and tea and coffee, but usafi, apana!!!!!
