The rooms are standard , and the corridors are very dark . During my visit there Hotel looked deserted . The staff is young and anexited. The road to the hotel is quite unkempt and muddy.

The first time we stayed at the hotel i liked the place, only to book again in less than a week and the lady at the reception , Camila did what i have never thought could happen. Opening our room door while …………!yet she was not apologetic even after we called the manager. She used master key to open the room.

The hotel is great especially rooms everything working well food at the restaurant is good waiters are friendly even security guys are doing good work basement parking is more secured.

The rooms are good but the bar reminds me of a high school dinning hall. They don't make any effort on it.

Nice place with all the facilities one may require to relax including a spa and swimming.

There wasn't much of activities happening as we arrived late - past 2000hrs Only went for a deep tissue massage and our awesome receptionist organized for the service; had to wait for +30min for the masseurs to arrive as there were not in-house by then. G and I were impressed with the service. We'll definitely be back and truly recommend. When in Thika, it's easy to get to the hotel/spa with assistance from the locals as well

The alcohol was abit expensive considering their place looks more of a meeting hall than a club. Also fining me 1000 shillings for swimming in the pool at night was abit unreasonable. They can definitely do better but at the moment I don't think I will be going there anytime soon.

This place is just terrible. Even if the manager has been quite kind, I won't suggest this place to my worst enemy. The personnel is lazy and unpolite, the restaurant is not suitable for a civilized person. They don't use towels and all the tables are dirty with visible stains on top. I had to yell with the manager to have them cleaned with a cleaning product and not just with a wet cloth used tenth of times without washing it. The food is unpalatable, overcooked and partially burned. You have to wait for have your bottle of beer opened because they can't find a bottle opener! and this sad show is repeated every day. In the morning the breakfast is also terrible, they serve what they want without even asking your preferences. Fried eggs are overcooked and hard eggs are undercooked and served so hot that you can't handle them to get unpeeled. How would you call a restaurant where the cook can't even properly cook an egg? Complaining is simple useless, the day after the same annoying and disrespectful attitude won't change. I blessed the day I left the place. Never again.

Nice place with the worst service I have ever seen .. waiters get drunk at night, the managers harrass guests.... Witnessing a guest with a child being harrased due to misunderstanding was heart breaking... Am glad the cops intervened. The place is awesome but the Managers Vincent and Toli are deplorable terrible... The owners need to re-evaluate their management or they will loose alot... Can't recommend the place to anyone....

Had lunch and I had to call the waiter after 10 minutes of waiting. Food was not well presented the portion was falling off the plate. Yes. They serve you starch and the stew in one plate. The waitress couldn’t understand the orders verbally and you had to point at the menu for her to see what you’re referring to. She was also very slow. A guarana as i waited for food took 15 minutes to be served. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, shower head didn’t have hot water, room was unswept as their was a matchstick at one corner. In the morning the house keeping staff just badged in. Didn’t bother knocking (had her calling her colleague Jane) didn’t apologize and then i realized even if you lock from inside the door is not locked! Breakfast took 27 minutes to find a waiter only to be told it’s self service. It’s a tall building with nothing to offer inside. I suffered so that you don’t have to. You can tell the staff have no training in hospitality and service

The gym is pathetic and very boring.,No major upgrades or changes of equipment is made even after use of people channel to complain, no sound system, no Zumba yet it is included in the monthly payments. However the gym instructor still tries to use the available stuff to train us. The management really needs to up it game, listen to the genuine complains.of the customers and improve where need be. Wouldn't recommend anyone for gym membership

They treated our mum so well on her special day. She got spa treatment and breakfast. The rooftop pool was great entertainment as we waited for the spa treatment to come to an end. The also have a spacious aerobics gym. I took a peek into a number of their rooms and at the time they looked ready to receive guests. The food there is delicious. I'll definitely be back.

I only visit here to have lunch with my friends. Definitely we could share amazing time at a rooftop restaurant with delicious meal. The staffs were really kind, educated and hospitable. Also the landscape from here was beautiful.

Clean and well maintained rooms .. just wish it was a bit cheaper otherwise it's one of the best accommodations in Thika town..

The staff are friendly and offer great service, the rooms are okay as well, the ambience is alright and it has a pool at the roof top with good views of the surrounding area.

Ideal place for meetings, quite a just a short distance from Thika CBD.

Too dusty front door road and dark street road some meters from Thika House round about to Paleo and other other side from Haile Selassie road(former Equator high school down to Paleo) . Talk with your MCA & Governor for rehabilitation of the roads.

The place seemed neglected. The rooms and bathroom were not clean. The owner seemed to have invested well but there's clearly poor management. The meal we ordered was not the same as what we got. The receptionist (Winnie) was friendly and professional. Needs improvement

The food was great ,cooked to perfection all the meals were pocket friendly The meals were so filling we even carried food home Highly appreciate the waitress

A hotel that has accommodations should be open 24hrs, I just brought my friends over and I couldn’t believe everyone asleep and doors closed. What a disappointment 🤦‍♀️
