Royal Delight Hotel and Apartment is a nice and serene getaway place in the heart of Section 9 in Thika. It's at a strategic location away from the hustle and bustle of the city and works best for people looking for a cool, silent, and hidden place. It has a bar and a hotel (well, the hotel is not encouraging as it is largely deserted and foods/drinks) take ages. The seats are worn out too and they'd need a facelift. The rooms are okay with single, double, and three-bed options. There is a telephone and Bible in every room as well as a TV set. Oh, and there's two apartments with three beds (perfect for a family). Conference facilities, I'll pass. Wouldn't recommend. You'll be overcharged but the room is poorly aerated, no PS system, no projector, the tables are metallic hotel tables, most chairs are worn-out, and the service is wanting. Pro: Thanks to Jaymo, Esther, Regina, and Vivian for making our conference better.
