The location is suitable since it's just next to public transport and main highway.

Citadel guest house is a one of a kind traveller's stop over. It is strategically placed just 50 mtrs off the busy Thika Super Highway. This makes it accessible and quite a good choice in Juja and it's environs. It has a well equipped bar and restaurant and a Cafe that serves different delicacies to suite different categories.

You need to install lifts surely... Those floors are so many for stairs... But the place is generally esome especially for conferences

I once went here for a private gathering and therefore had minimal contact with the staff although I got to find their restaurant to be nice looking, with a serene experience that doesn't have noise. I hope I'll one day use their lodging facilities and bar for experience.

Clean rooms but noisy from the club

The place is exemplary good clean rooms,top of the class room service, water and electricity is available 24hrs and I think I should say Citadel is in its own world in terms of class in Juja town.

The hotel is located off the highway which is good for accessibility but not so much for quietness. The pool is great, though the changing rooms need some minor updates
