GREAT STAFF. Beth from Room Service is amazing, proffesional and kind. Peter from front office is great too F.O Clement from Front office is unprofessional, and lacks customer decorum and hotel rate info,figures quotes kept changing it tripped us off. So much misinformation,delay tactics and no brief at check-in. Got manual receipt and no ETR receipts, as is expected. NO DRINKS. We requested The housekeeping supervisor to pass our order to room service,waited two hours and proceeded to bed without the drinks. Food order is slow but well cooked and prepped. ROOMS. The rooms are too noisy especially when they have mugithii nights,till early morning. The corridor lights beams on,and one can barely sleep,if a fussy sleeper.

Staff is very helpful. Stayed one night, they had a wedding and the music was very loud, club loud with subwoofers. Mind you I was in the 4th floor. Had to complain 4times for the music to go off

Best place to have a surprise birthday ( or another happy occasion) here in Kenya . The hotel has ample park spaces. There is a pool behind the hotel. The other advantage thing is that the hotel is next to a busy road (sorry I have forgotten the name). There is a Naivas supermarket and other shopping places nearby. At the entrance, there is a security checks.

The food portions are extremely generous. Great food but be very patient because it takes quite a while. Outstanding service too!

This hotel is behind Juja Mall, and you can access it through the Juja Mall entrance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The meeting halls are spacious. All rooms have balconies you can relax at. Basic social amenities are within minimal radius. The environment is quiet and relaxing with minimal noise interruptions. Perfect place to take your loved ones.

I was attending a work training and enjoyed my stay. From staff, rooms and food every part of it was good.

With the impression that the hotel is of good standard, the breakfast is quite disappointing. A brunch breakfast charged at kshs 700 and this is what you get really?!

Located suitably near the Thika Super Highway with many amenities within the complex. Food is Okay though the buffet has few options to choose from; I have experienced better choices of food menu items in establishments of a similar standard. There's a children's playground for the family weekend outing. Service is good and staff are courteous. Overall, I would rate it 6/10

I only ate at their restaurant which is neat, the portions are okay and not quite limited like most other restaurants and the food was delicious too. I usually like the place better on Sunday evenings from around 6pm for a boost of ambience.

Used to go there since 2017, their services used to be good and their meals were top notch. These days, meals take forever to be prepared and they're not as tasty (the pork is consistently bad these days). Maxland, do better!

Good structure and amenities but very poor service A waiter just withdraws salt/tomatoe sauce from your table without even asking whether you are done. We ordered fish fingers, it was served without Tarter sauce we had to wait for another 10minutes, sauté potatoes were somehow cold by the time they were brought to us I recommend some improvement on customer care otherwise the food was equally sweet

Maxland is an awesome hotel. Their meals are so sumptuous and the customer care is on another level

Good hotel located on Thika super highway behind Juja mall. Good place to be with fair prices. However, for tranquility, avoid Weekends as there isa band that is not so friendly to resident visitor. Otherwise the place is safe and visitor friendly premises with very helpful staff.

Too close to the highway. Big and spacious rooms. Water doesn't get warm until after long waiting hours. Room service is just pathetic, no one listens to the orders you've made, they bring what they want to. Pool wasn't clean early in the a.m🤦🏾‍♀️

The conference room on the first floor was really good but washrooms are in the ground floor quite some distance from the conference. The food....nothing to write home about. Location is perfect.

This is a nice place to visit for fine dining in areas of Juja.Food here must have been cooked by Gordon Ramsay himself because it is excellent ,well-garnished food.I highly recommend,Maxland,hook me up please .The hotel rooms are lavish and can easily become the place for your honeymoon .The place is still relatively affordable so please visit.

I gave a 3 star because their service was a bit poor when I visited they take forever to clear the table after meals but on the other side food is tasty 😋 and well portioned

It's a good place for kids to have fun and swim .But I wouldn't recommend the restaurant the customer service was terrible had to wait over an hour for food and when the food came it was cold and tasteless .

We had very good breakfast and the staff are super friendly. Its in Juja Mall and there is a swimming pool and a supermarket amongst other amenities. Possible to spend a full day here!

Good food, pool available, accomodation. And very affordable foodwise also beautiful. They brought in couches in the bar finally for those who hate dining chairs.

It was my first time to visit the place and I had some ice-cream and fruit cuts and I can say that the ice-cream scoops was so worth the money paid. The waiter who served us was very friendly and welcoming. I will visit this place again indeed!

From Thika Road you may misjudge the place but give it a visit to get a better judgement. Behind the busy Juja mall comes the calm serene Maxiland , ample parking, very warm receptionist and the guard at the door ,the humble and loving way they ussher you in makes it more enticing to move further in and try all the services. The rooms are well equipped with very friendly rates . The meals are well prepared and added some love ❤ to always remind you for the next visit .

Nice looks but service is slow especially food. Good kids area but the cashiers at the kids ground are cons. They give you recycled receipts and pocket the money. Be keen on the time the receipt was printed and save the owner his hard earned investment.
