Problems when booking from online. Had to negotiate when I was there. I'd recommend having to go there personally to do your booking to make sure things are smoothed over. Room are very spacious and nice considering the price, but the sheets smelled like piss, and I can't understand how they overlooked something like that. For the price, it's worth it, and they do room service which is something I totally appreciated.
