DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experience! I scheduled an appointment for 12pm on a Tuesday and arrived promptly at 11.50am However, instead of being attended to, I was left waiting for over 40 minutes. Finally, the salonist who was supposed to braid my hair showed up and informed me that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes because she hadn't been informed of my presence. The absolute worst part came when Winnie, the salonist, aggressively tried to persuade me to change my hairstyle solely for her convenience. It was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling exasperated and disrespected. (Insert a highly skeptical look here.) Honestly, I would rather just walk into the salon next time. What's the point of making an appointment if it results in such a terrible experience? Also may I add that 7 people came after me and they were given a stylist while I just seated there waiting

I recently visited this salon for a color and cut, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite having a scheduled appointment for 11 am, I ended up waiting for a whopping 2 hours before anyone attended to me. This marked the third time this has happened, despite having given feedback on the issue during previous visits. The lack of timely service was frustrating, to say the least. No one from the salon staff apologised for the significant delay, and the overall experience was marred by this unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, after the wait, my assigned hairdresser had to find an alternative stylist to handle my appointment, causing more delays, a service that should ideally take two hours ended up taking 6 hours. While I understand that things can occasionally go awry it's one time too many, what truly irked me was the response of the staff. My stylist showed no remorse for the delay and seemed frustrated by my impatience. I took the initiative to communicate my concerns to the staff, expecting some form of resolution or acknowledgment of the issues. However, I have yet to receive a call from a manager, despite being promised one for several days. This lack of follow-through demonstrates such poor customer service. As a paying customer, I believe timely service and professionalism should be the bare minimum.

Barbers tools didn't seem very hygienic. They do not honor appointment times even the first ones of the day. Stylists show up late (1+ hours after set time) and with no apology. They are unprofessional, unfriendly and don't seem to care. Not worth it.

Service is great, the hairdressers and salon are nice but quality is not consistent. I went here the first time and my hair felt great after a wash treatment. Service was quick but the box braids started coming apart after 2 weeks. I went for a kinky curly two strand twists. They started coming off in a few days and when I took them out a week later, my hair felt completely brittle and dry.

I previously thought this was a great place but my view has since changed . Since being made to wait an hour and a half for a trim and wash and go ( not to mention the waiting in between) I have decided it is no longer worth it. I also waited an hour last time I was here. Especially as you don’t get compensated for your wasted time in the form of a discount or anything else. I think they overbook and this is the consequence.! Pro tip: come at 8am and be the first customer, or don’t come at all. Currently searching for alternative salons that respect my time.

Was recommended by @nyonyoziprim. The service was great, atmosphere was really nice and me and my daughter left feeling really cute with our wash & gos. My son waited at the front while we got our hair done, they were accommodating of him and didn’t treat him as a nuisance even though he got up a couple of times to check on me and his sister-i really appreciated that.

Great place. Very professional and service was excellent. My hair was braided quickly and very neat. I wish I could come here to get my hair done often, but I don't live in Kenya.

Amazing experience! Great attention to detail by the tall male nail artist with the deadlocks, loves his vibe and made me feel so comfortable always checking if I was happy. The floors are cleaned constantly and you’re offered refreshments as often as you’d like. Hair was done beautifully! Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced! Would go here all the time if I lived nearby

We traveled to Kenya from the United States and we knew we wanted our hair done. We found Spritz on Instagram and decided to schedule an appointment. We couldn't have been happier with our experience! Clinton washed both our hair and we were almost at the point of falling asleep from the head massage he gave us. He was also very thorough in carefully detangling my hair. I was nervous about my hair being too tight, resulting in hair loss. But the men/women were extremely gentle. My hair was not too tight. The service was impeccable and the prices were very reasonable. If we come back to Nairobi, we will definitely be back!
